Give yourself time to fall in love w it
My mum and I are always cold. I thought this would be a good purchase this winter but walked in with open expectations. Boy, was I right. My mum set it on high and felt it didnât heat evenly at first but by the end of the night, she was sweating. I gave it a try and loved it. I would say it warms at Goldilocks level. Not too much, not barely but just enough. Iâll be using this a long while and you should get it

Heated blanket
This blanket is thinner than I thought. It took some getting use to and I had to try it several times. I thought I was going to have to send it back due tonight not staying on for minimum of 3 hrs, but it finally did. I’m a little disappointed due to it being thin. Warm or low is barely warm at all. The next notch up is hot. I don’t want to trouble with returning it. So I will just use it. I personally would not buy this.I have a lot of throws and this is so much thinner than all my throws.

Bigger is not better
Update: have had blanket for about a month maybe and it just stopped working.The blanket heats up really hot and is very soft and comfy. But only about half of it heats up. I got 2 blankets, twin size and both of them only half of the blanket heats up. Not worth the extra money to buy a bigger blanket for a larger area of heat

I have a similar electric blanket and itâs wonderful. My daughter wanted to take it, but I didnât let her. This is the closest thing I could find. She is very happy with it. She also loves the pink color that matches the rest of her bedding and canopy bed.

Cord not long enough
A little disappointed. I have using this blanket a couple weeks now & have two complaints. The distance from where the cord plugs into the bottom of the blanket to the control is too short. It should be long enough to reach the top of the bed. If I’m sleeping and want to adjust the temperature I must sit up & find the control have way down the bed. If you are just using it on your couch it will be fine. Next the heating coils are only in the center of the blanket. The ends of the blanket do not heat up. Other than that it seems to work fine. I have already washed it and it still works.
