A godsend for cold nights
We got the twin size of this electric blanket to put on one side of a king-sized bed and it’s working beautifully. Both my husband and myself sleep better when the temperature is perfect for us. The blanket has a soft fleece side and easy-to-operate controls. There are 10 levels of heat, making it simple to find (or change) just the right degree of warmth.It’s taking a while to figure out how to keep the cats from kneading the soft fabric. They love the texture. In the end, we flipped the old bedspread over the electric blanket to protect it. Then we fold the bedspread out of the way when it’s time to use the blanket, as it’s not recommended to have a layer on top of it.

On the thinner side but okay
This heated blanket is nice during these cold winter days. I put it under my fitted sheet on a california king mattress and it covers everything besides the part where the pillows are.The material is soft and cozy but on the thinner side. You will feel the wires through it. I don’t mind although a thicker material or thinner or flat wires would be an improvement.With the various settings it’s easy to adjust the temperature to my needs.The control element is bulky and I wish it was just a flat unit. I also miss a timer function, something my last heated blanket has had.It’s still a good heating blanket though and I would recommend it. There are better ones on the market but this one still does the job.

Wonderful heated blanket!
If you are considering a nice heated blanket or throw do not pass this one up! This one is very nice for the cost. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and has been wonderful. Very soft and the heating feature works great. It has come in handy on some night we have had in the teens on our bed as well. Very happy with this and I would highly recommend to others!

Nice extra touch of warmth
This blanket was wonderful on a cold night when our home was taking too long to heat up. It is super soft and you the wires that heat the blanket are not bothersome. You simply plug the power cord in and turn it on. It has 5 temperature settings and is very simple to operate. The power cord is really long which is a bonus. It’s a nice quality and lightweight when not turned on. Love it!

A Super Soft Electric Throw Blanket that is Snugly Warm!Warm!
I ordered the Koonie Electric Heated Throw Blanket to battle against the frigid winter temperatures! This blanket is so soft! The cotton and flannel feel great wrapped around me! The blanket has a good weight to it and it is warm and comfortable even before I turn on the heat! The size is perfect for when I am sitting in my recliner and the gray color goes with my furniture and decor. The durability seems very good and there is no pilling or loose fibers. The control panel is large and easy to use and see! There are 10 levels that go up to 10 or 113 degrees, but I have not needed to go past level 5! I also like the safety features, including the automatic shut-off feature after 10 hours! It saves me money on my home heating bill, too, as I can turn the thermostat down when I am under my cozy Koonie electric blanket!

Wish I could give it ZERO stars
I bought the first one to give to a disabled young man. Within a few days it quit working. I decided that I would give it another try and just replaced the defective one with the same model. This one melted the hand remote within 2 weeks. I’m lucky it didn’t catch on fire because the young man cannot get out of bed. I could have killed him. Pure junk!

Only lightly warm
This blanket is pretty so-so. It’s not quite plush enough, so you can feel the wiring of the heating element all throughout the blanket. I hate that about it the most. It’s also not very warm on any setting other than high. On the highest setting, it gets about medium warm.Compared to other heated blankets I’ve used in the past, this is large but thin, and doesn’t get hot. Not a fan.

Large bulky controller. Wires are noticeable
This blanket isn’t the best. It heats up, but you can feel all the wires. The controller seems like they had an issue with too much heat from the switches so they made it bigger. Makes it clunky. It’s not a great blanket. I wouldn’t recommend it.
