Great find and hopefully less prone to mold
I needed a new elevated dog food bowl set for my senior black lab. His old one was one of those $150+ custom made sets from Etsy. While beautiful, it has a design flaw. Because it’s wooden all the way to the floor, I had no idea it was growing toxic mold. So, into my search for something more open and airy. I found this! I had it assembled in two minutes flat – it was so easy! It’s higher than my last one, which I appreciate that my sweet boy doesn’t have to bend lower than necessary. It seems sturdy and the cost Is unbeatable. As an added bonus: the bowls are massive!Hopefully this setup will be less prone to mold.

    great for big dogs
I bought a small one that didn’t work for my 7 month old Great Pyrenees. But this one is great. Sturdy, large water and food dishes and it will continue to work for him as he gets bigger. Love it.

A NICE BIG AND STURDY RAISED DOG FEEDING STATION – WITH ONE SHORTCOMING
I am a member of the Amazon Vine program. I order new items, and then write honest, unbiased reviews of that product, along with my impressions and experiences. I am not paid for these reviews. My shipment of the QWEASD Large and Extra Large Dog Raised Feeding Station arrived in a super-sturdy cardboard box, so heavy duty that I considered keeping the box for re-use. You will understand when you receive your feeding station. Everything inside was in perfect condition. The stainless steel feeding bowls were larger and deeper than I expected. They are really nice, with a good rolled lip all the way around that makes the bowl extra stiff and strong. The bowls alone are almost worth the purchase price of this set.The printed directions are simple pictures, with reference to the parts by number. It is actually easier to follow than written directions would have been. I was finished in about ten minutes, even with having to locate some glue, etc. (I’m just naturally going to “overkill” the assembly process, don’t you know.)There are three square tubing parts, and two “wood grained finished” squares that together make the top surface and hold the feeding bowls. There is also a pack of hardware, two short wooden dowels, and a nice allen wrench to drive the screws in nice and tight. I chose to glue in the two wooden dowels that join the two top squares together edge to edge. Any woodworking glue will do.The one concern I have about this very nice dog feeding station is this: The two man-made pressed-wood squares that form the top surface are nicely finished and the screw inserts are well mounted. The finish on the top, bottom and edges of these two squares does a good job of sealing against moisture. The trouble is, the two large holes cut out so you can drop the two feed dishes into place do not have any finish on that circular opening edge. Any significant moisture that makes its way to that edge will quickly be absorbed into the wood-fiber-plus-adhesive material as if it were a sponge. The unfinished edges will quickly begin to swell. If you are not careful when you wipe off the dog feeding station, your wet sponge or rag will leave moisture right where you do not want it. If you overfill the water dish side, or if your dog enjoys splashing the water around when he drinks, some water will inevitably find its way underneath the dish and into the unfinished edge around the bowl. This will affect how long you can make use of this very nice feeding station. Here is what I did. I grabbed a can of name-brand paste wax and a rag. I rubbed paste wax into the unfinished edge all the way around, pretty much filling and sealing that edge. I left a good coating of wax where it needs to be. I probably will not have to repeat this process again any time soon. The wax will largely seal out water and prevent it from soaking into the fiberboard, therefore the top will not swell, or soften and begin to dissolve. You may choose to do differently, but that is what I did. With the one concern I mentioned now explained, I do conditionally recommend this elevated dog feeder. I also recommend you be careful how you manage the unfinished edges of the two bowl-holding circular holes in the top pieces.

Not as good as I thought, would leave no star if i could
We have a great dane, a bit of a messy eater drinker. We got this raised as thats best for a great dane. The boards didn’t sit right, and even cheap looking. It didn’t last very long ( chipped swelled and broken looking) and threw it away. We bought another type from a local seller. A while After that I got an email stating I needed to send a picture in and they would try to rectify the situation, idk why they sent an email as I had not made a review yet but apparently I wasn’t the only one with a problem, as we had thrown it away, I couldn’t send picture. So I just noted not to buy this again
