Being a soft sided carrier, I was concerned as to how it would hold up if my cat freaked out. I believe the fact that this carrier is more comfortable and cozy than my hard plastic one actually helped my cat feel more relaxed. Very well made and lots of windows for him to peek out of, too.

I love this violet carrier so much that I have purchased two of them—one for the teacup Yorkie and one for the Siamese; both pets seem to be relaxed and comfortable in it. It holds up to machine washings and dryings. The pockets and various compartments come in handy as well.

Itâs just ok
This bag isnât as nice as my previous one but it does the job. The fabric is a lot thinner giving the cheap feel to it. My other bag was a lot thicker and was around the same price as this one. The one thing Iâd ask to improve on this item is to allow an opening at the top of the bag. This one only has a see through netting with no zipper opening. This would allow me to put my little friend in the bag from the top instead from the side. Itâs a very airy bag with all the netting on each side of the bag so thatâs cool for me and my friend. I can see her from the top netting as well as from the sides. The bag is a little flimsy so if youâre looking for a stiff rugged bag this isnât the one. The inside flooring is a thin fabric covered cardboard. When my friend is in the bag she will sag just a bit as I carry her. Probably not a very secure feeling for her. I think 3 stars is a bit generous as Iâd really give it 2.5 stars. Iâd say try something else over this one. Good luck. Oh by the way my friend is only 17lbs.

Perfect carrier
I’ve had this carrier for almost 5 years now. It’s been perfect! I like being able to carry it over my shoulder – very comfortable. It was a godsend when flying my kitty on a cross-country move. He fit comfortably under the seat, where no hard-side carrier would ever have gone. (9 lb cat). It’s very durable. Still like new.
