This Harness made Rescue Attempt Successful
We decided to rescue an abandoned dog in our neighborhood. She had an awful life, her owners stopped feeding her, neighbors shot at her for stealing scraps, she was hit by a car and she had a litter of puppies in the Fall, none of whom survived. We didn’t realize what was going on, but we started feeding her and asking questions until we got the answers above. It took three months for her to let me touch her, but then a couple weeks later when she stopped eating we knew we had to do something. She’s only about a year and a half old. But she was strongly bonded with other owned neighborhood dogs that became her only family when she was on her own. So even with an abundance of good food, clean water, toys and a new cow femer bone each time she finished the last one she would dig out of our fence and go off on her adventures with them. Additionally I usually rescue cats and since she hasn’t learned that they are part of our pack and not to chase them yet, we decided to get one of those long leads with a swivel hook and shorter lead attached while she is in training so she can’t hurt our other animals and can’tget hurt herself by digging out and running the streets. (Don’t worry we kennel trained her already and she stays inside the house at night and during inclement weather.) But boy she got out of several different kinds of harnesses quick. Her rescue was starting to look like a failure, she got out of the yard several times a day, I would fill up one hole with logs and bricks and she would make a new hole. We had to do something different, now that the neighborhood knew that we claimed her when she got out and ripped up thier packages we were liable. It started to become a nightmare, being honest. Then I found this harness and was convinced by many good reviews. Oh my goodness thank you so much to whoever figured this harness system out!! I can breath again knowing our new girl is safe in our yard and not causing the neighbors distress and our rescue nightmare turned into a rescue success. Meet Trixie Mama. She is a pro escape artist, but this harness has never failed once, since we got it carefully and properly sized on her. She still gets to go out of our fence for supervised play every day with her friends from her former life on the street. But when its time to be safe in the yard this harness enables that and relieves our stress so much knowing that she won’t get hurt or cause damages. She gets spayed next month and an estimate on her back leg that was broken when she was hit by a car and we think hasn’t healed correctly because after hard play with her friends she favors it. Our timeframe for her healthcare is the best we can do on a fixed income. This harness is worth every penny!!

Exactly as described easy to use
I am very pleased with this harness very well made and itâs exactly as it was designed. The rose pink color is a nice bright pink. The buckles attach easily and its a huge benefit knowing my 17 pound mini golden doodle can not slip out and run off. I highly recommend this product I ordered a small and it fit perfectly and it appears to be comfortable. Great product

Best Dachshund harness ever
I have had dachshunds my entire 71 years of life. They are masters of getting out of harnesses. My oldest girl has been impossible to keep in a harness until t his one. It fits well she is comfortable and has never been able to get out of it. Plus the handle grip on the top of the harness makes it so much easier to lift her in and out of the car. Wish I had found a harness like this years ago

My boy Gus is 20 pounds and wearing a medium. Yesterday was his first walk wearing it. I will update my post down the road if I see any issues with it other than the one I’m about to write and reason for 4 stars. My husband and I are in our 70’s. Between the two of us we could not adjust the strap to fit Gus. They are so tight in the buckles we couldn’t budge them. I literally took the harness to my groomer and told her if she could get it I’d give her an extra 10 dollars. She wrestled with it for a good 15, 20 minutes but finally did it. So far this is the only downside of it. The harness is made well, and I love having the handle on top, being able to grab it and pick my dog up if needed. I know my hands don’t have the strength in them than they once did so maybe its my fault I couldn’t adjust the straps but then again my groomer said it wasn’t an easy task.

They can NOT escape
Best harness, hands down, have owned. Both my boys are escape artists and have managed to slip out of every other harness I have purchased for them. Both of the boys fit into this harness easily, it seems very comfortable, they donât fuss about putting them on, (they usually did with others) and what is most important to me, they are safe. They canât slip out and run into the street (or any other hazard you can imagine in a busy city neighborhood from other dogs, to squirrels, to loud noise fear) while I am walking them. I feel safe, secure and know my boys are okay, they are comfortable and all is well. They have held up so well and I am so happy to have purchases and to recommend.

Good quality
I had tried other harness but found this to fit well and is good quality material and adjust so that the dog canât escape from the harness. The added padding on the belly straps seems to be comfortable for the dog.

My miniature Schnauzer can still somehow contort her body to get out of this, but itâs very difficult for her to do so it works for us! Lol Itâs a good quality harness and easy to put on/take off. Definitely recommend! 🙂
