Very sturdy rope! Staffy/Owner approved
We love this rope and my Staffy loves it too..The only thing I will say is to be careful because if your doggy does the ” Angry shaky shake” with it in their mouth, the knotted bits are very thick and it hurts when they whip on the skin back and forth. Lol. Also, it is pretty heavy because it is such a thick and well made dog rope. Indo recommend it. Our other ropes were chewed up within a week or so and this is still brand new looking weeks in. My dog has not lost interest in it either despite whipping herself a few times with the knots by accident.

Every toy and bone i buy for my girl (border collie/lab/pitbull mix) and she absolutely destroys any toys i get her within minutes. Kong toys dont last, bones are destroyed instantly. The only toys that last are Elk antlers, and this amazing rope! My last one lasted 4-6 months with daily use involving tug of war and general gnawing. She loves it, and it really does handle excessive chewing well! Cant recommend this enough!

Cattlehound still manages to chew off bits of yarn from ends even after I cut the end yarn strands off so the first week I was finding bits everywhere but itâs slowed down. Kind of expensive but cheap toys dont last. Heavy duty, donât let your dog whip it or it will hurt whomever is unlucky enough to be too close.

The 3 tuggers love it. Two of them will not let go of it no matter where they wander to in the house lol. Also, there’s no weird odor. (Thank you for that!). It feels durable and well made. I have a shredder so I’m sure it will need to be replaced eventually (not knock on the product. Just reality). :)If it can withstand the tugging, I will definitely buy again after the shredding lol. (It won’t be out 24/7 however, to reduce the chances of it being shredded) I’ll update this review if it wears too fast with tugging ð

An almost chew-proof rope!
My dogs and I LOVE this rope! Both dogs are heavy chewers and destroy most of their toys within a day, if not within an hour of getting them. This wonderful ,knotted rope keeps them occupied ( and not destroying my purses, shoes or sofa cushions!) I love that it’s made of 100% cotton and not dyed,synthetic fibers and cleans their teeth while they play! I have purchased this twice and am going to order another since, after about two months, they’ve finally chewed through the thick,woven ropes until just the knots remain. I have bought them cheaper, colored,knotted ropes that they quickly chew through..leaving colored strings all over my house. This one is tougher ,much longer lasting and doesn’t shed everywhere. It’s definitely a better choice for my tough dogs!

Perfect for our dog
This is a very durable dog rope toy. Itâs the second one of these weâve bought for our dog. She did not destroy the first one – it lasted a year and then disappeared (we live on four acres in the country, so maybe a neighbor dog carried it off). Anyway, we knew our dog missed it so we bought her a replacement.

Only rope that my very large, large breed dog doesnât completely destroy in one day. She will play with this rope day after day, tossing it in the air, shaking it and running with it throughout the yard. She has had this rope for about 3 weeks now. It is in 2 pieces yet still a good play toy for her. This is the second rope she has had and I will order a new one once it has completely unravelled. As the rope unravels, I simply cut off the loose portions of rope so she doesnât eat it. I donât recommend this rope for inside play if you value your furniture. I recommend this rope as a durable dog toy, knowing that it will need to be replaced every two or three months. Keep in mind that my dog is very large and an agressive chewer.

Tengo un perro Pitbull mix que es muy destructor. Los juguetes que le compraba los rompÃa en 1 solo dÃa, los huesos grandes le duraban 30 minutos, peroooo, este juguete lleva 2 meses con él y no ha podido destruirlo, sigue prácticamente intacto.

Bought this initially like many other items to try and it has turned out to the the most durable and therefore best value for our money so far. We have 2 labs who love to tug and chew and they really enjoyed this rope. lasted 6 weeks as one 3 foot piece and as it finally started to tear apart we separated the knots so they are like a 3 inch rope ball that they still chew on and our one lab is an aggressive chewer so this rope was tested to the limits. Worked well for our dogs anyway so I have since bought 3 more so that we always have one available when needed.

Havenât tested for strong pulling but it feels like it would stand up well. My dog is a « destroyer « slowly picking a way at things and the threads on this rope do come apart easily if your dog picks at it. Would still recommend but only give it a 4 for durability
