Great for pets
I purchased this for my dog that sleeps with me. She has developed some knee issues and is unsteady on her feet. This safety rail was perfect for keeping her from falling off the bed. Iâm 63 female and had no problem putting it together. Please read the instructions. I ordered the King size and it fit my mattress perfectly. I would recommend this for children also. The rail folds down for easy access.

Very Helpful for Metal Frame Beds
We added cable ties to secured the metals to the bed frame. Easy to install!!! The only thing is that the top part were it bents feels a little loose, other than that look perfect. My daughter is almost two so I wouldn’t recommend this for younger babies.

Does what itâs needed to do
It works good I wish it was a little more stable tho itâs very shaky but it keeps him from rolling off the bed when asleep at night & thatâs what I was looking for it may be more stable if my mattress wasnât so thick but we have a super extra thick mattress so if u have one too just know it will work for those mattresses

Perfect length
This bed rail was an absolute ease to put together! Itâs the perfect height and length for my sonâs full size bed. He is a very active sleeper so I know he is going to stay safe and in his bed with this bed rail. Itâs perfect too because you donât need a box spring to install it like many other bed rails, and it works great! I was nervous about it being sturdy enough for when he would roll and sleep against it but so far no issues and heâs stayed safe through the night!

Does the job but with drawbacks.
This bed rail was easy to assemble and seemed sturdy before I put it on the bed. The folding mechanism works nicely, but the base is much too short to provide the necessary counterbalance to prevent it from tipping. If you have a soft mattress, itâs almost impossible to get it to fit snugly. Thereâs only one (very small) hook on the rope thatâs designed to fit between the mattress and the bed frame and stabilize the rail. However, itâs plastic so it bends a little and itâs way too small and wonât stay in place. The other modes of stabilizing (Velcro straps, screws) donât work with my mattress, which sits on an adjustable base. This design wouldnât really work on a box spring either unless the mattress was incredibly heavy. Seems like it really only would stay put with a platform bed where you can secure it to the slats. Iâm using it because it keeps my big kid from falling out of the bed, but itâs very easy for a toddler to get wedged between the mattress and rail. My 2 year old has no issue wiggling it away from the bed and getting stuck in the gap. Would not recommend this product for smaller kids.

Super easy to put together. Easy to slide onto the bed and secure. I have a 3 yr old boy thatâs the size of a 6 yr old, he rolls all over and kicks in his sleep. The rail is secure and the mesh is super soft when he has his head up against it. Easy to flip down too.

Consider your bed
So this product was very well made I especially appreciated the extra padding since itâs for the kiddos. However it is only compatible with a slot or platform bed, if you have a box spring you cannot sturdily install device unless you can screw it into said slats, and it doesnât reach the actual mattress ð almost perfect! I almost considered getting rid of the box spring and keeping the side rail but for now weâre using a body pillow to keep him from rolling off the bed
