My puppy loves this toy!
Update: it only took two weeks for my puppy to pull out the rope arms and legs. The stitching isnât sufficient to keep the thick rope attached to the toy. She still loves the crinkle sound and plays with the toy but it definitely does not hold up to any amount of tug of war.My labradoodle puppy can be pretty aggressive with her toys so I was a little apprehensive about getting a cloth bodied toy. My fears were not warranted with this toy. So far, it has held up well for the three weeks weâve had it. My puppy is more attracted to the crinkle sounds toys make than she is to the squeaking sounds. I like that this toy has both features in it.

Froggy and Buddy!
This froggy has been with our newest puppy since we brought him into our home a year and a half ago! He carries it everywhere with him and loves it so so much. It has become tattered, as he is a dog and thatâs what they do – but he carries it around when he wants someone to play with him and itâs the one toy our older dog wonât take from him. Highly recommend!!!

Cute but didnât last, not for dogs who rip up/destroy dous
Itâs cute and my dog likes it a lot but not recommended for dogs who rip open toys. My small dog demolished this thing in less than an hour and I am having to run around pick up fluff and plastic so she doesnât eat it. I bought this toy specifically because it said it had no fluff filling which is not true-the head does. And the crunchy sound comes from thin plastic that can be ripped out too so thatâs a hazard for the dog as well. Not pleased.

Does not hold up to a chewer
I gave it to my pup at 9:54am. It took him about 16 minutes to rip the ears off and start pulling stuffing out of the head. I pulled the stuffing and squeaker out so he wouldn’t eat them and gave it back to him. By about 4pm the head was mostly shredded and he ripped open the side seam and pulled out the crinkle material. The ropes are attached to the fabric so I’m sure that won’t last once Pup turns his attention onto it. All in all so far has not really held up but I kinda knew I was asking a lot of this little squirrel with the way my dog likes to chew and tear things apart… That being said my pup LOVES this toy, and so far has had about 10 hours of great fun lol

Nice toy. Good Size for a Jack Russell Terrier.
This arrived today and when I saw its size I was doubtful that my dog would like it. It’s the first small toy like this that Jazzy has had yet she pulled it from me as I was unwrapping it and brought it over to one of her favorite places to sleep, chewed on it for a little while, then went to sleep using the squirrel’s body for a pillow. We went outside to the fenced-in backyard after her nap and she immediately indicated that she wanted to play tug-of-war. As she grabbed the squirrel in different places she heard the scrunching, crinkly, and squeaker sounds she loved tugging at it and shaking it; that was until she threw up in the air and over the fence into the neighbor’s yard. If a dog could shrug its shoulders that’s what Jazzy did as if to say go get it. So, into the car and over to the neighbor’s yard and when I returned she was still standing where I left her. She decided she wasn’t going to trust me again so she took the toy int the house. This seems to be a well-made toy but time well tell. It’s much smaller than her other play toys but while watching her today I’ve realized it may be easier for her to handle. Jazzy is a 17-lb, Jack Russell Terrier and she’s very strong and it seems she likes the size to have better control of it so it doesn’t hit her head when she shakes it.Overall it was a great bargain I got as a Lightning Deal and Jazzy seems to like it. I think I’ll get her another one when it again comes up as a special.

Cute but Cheap
Probably the worst quality dog toy Iâve ever bought, ever. My tiny puppy destroyed it way quicker than he should have (heâs not very strong yet!). It became almost completely decapitated and undone after a few plays. The fabric began to get all string-like, which is why I had to take it away – I didnât want him swallowing the fibers. I bought it because my dog is a fox terrier and I thought it would be funny, but it was not worth it!

My Jack Russel loved it
From the my dog saw it he could leave it along! It’s a great toy that makes a squeaking sound and also rustles. It survived for about 2 month, which I think is pretty good given their energy.

Cute Toy but Lacks Quality
Deducted 3 stars because it began falling apart the first day. My tiny dog is very gentle and is not a heavy chewer. This toy should not be falling apart this soon â and with so little usage. The neck may not have been sewn properly as there was a gaping hole and cotton stuffing coming out on the very first day. A week later, the ends of the arms and legs are starting to come unstitched as well. My dog mostly just carries her toys around with an occasional head shake, which a dog toy should be able to withstand.I do give it 2 stars because it is a cute toy, the crinkle is satisfying and gets my dogâs attention, and the rope arms would be good for a gentle tugging session.
