This is my gold standard for dog beds.
I have four dogs and three of them are senior dogs. Meaning, they need a bed that doesn’t go straight to the floor when they get on them. This one is supportive, and keeps those sweet old bones comfortable and supported. Even when they sit on them, they are still very much off the floor. If you need an ‘orthopedic” bed, this is one of those too.
I only have one dog that digs on his bed, and thusly destroys the cover on this eventually, but it takes him over a year to do it, so I rotate the beds. My girl’s is perfect, and the other two may show a little wear (but not much) so I give my destroyer of beds one of the old ones, and give my girl the new one. I’ve done this for years with these beds. I don’t even think about looking for another one, I just click on “buy again” when it’s time.
One more thing I wanted to add. I read some say they tear up in the wash, so please heed this. It’s the spin cycle that tears them up. After they wash and rinse, let them spin for just a minute to get some of the wetness out, and then put them in the sun to dry. You can throw them in the dryer if you want, but I like to take care of mine, and I have put them in the dryer at times and they were fine, but I mostly let them air dry, then throw in the dryer for a few minutes.
Putting them back together is not difficult either. It’s easier for me to put the bed part in first, then do the sleeves last. They use the rolled part for a pillow. Just one more thing…. all four of my dogs absolutely love these beds. Their beds are their ‘safe place’ too, and they go to their beds throughout the day to rest, and get away from the crowd. : ) They all go to their assigned beds at night, but in the day they do “musical beds” and sleep in each other’s beds. I don’t know why.
I don’t write a low of reviews anymore, but I wanted to share with you how much I, and my dogs, love these beds. Plus, they are attractive! If you’re looking for a change, or buying a bed for a new dog, give these a shot. As I said in the title, they are the gold standard for me and my brood.

My doggy loves it!
My boxer pit bull mix loves this bed! She’s about 60 lbs and she fits perfectly on this bed. All the fabric feels high quality especially the furry top of the bed. I can clearly tell she is comfortable because I have to pretty much beg her to get off it and come to bed.
Overall quality is excellent. The pillow around the edge gets a lot of use and was pretty easy to put together especially if you have another person to help with the zippers.
Time will tell how well it handles liquids but the memory foam pad is very nice and soft yet dense and supportive. I’m quite happy with this brand overall.

Quality product, 3rd purchase
I currently have 3 of these beds scattered around my house. Love them. They are relatively easy to clean. The cover removes and so far has held up in the washing machine. The dogs love them. Great for my senior dogs in a house full of tile. Very large, my dogs often cuddle together on these beds would fit a pretty big dog (my largest is 60 lbs.).

Med/Large Dog Bed, memory foam, lt grey with bolsters
Just received and opened the the box with the bed folded up inside. It’s packed into a very small box. The bed looks very comfy and the light grey is pretty but there is a dent in a portion of the memory foam and this needs to be replaced. The box was too small so there was a gap where the flaps of the box/shipment packaging didn’t come together. Because of this gap, I could see the white memory foam through the clear packing tape holding the box together. I opened the box and removed the bed parts. Per the instructions, I inserted the bolster part of the bed first and then I inserted the memory foam portion that the dog would lay on. As my photo shows, a portion of the memory foam is dented likely due to the poor packaging. I would normally exchange the entire bed through Amazon but I don’t have time to return it and receive another one because I’m leaving on a road trip to pick up a rescue dog that just had surgery and he needs this bed upon my return in a few days. Since this bed is under warranty, I contacted Furhaven Customer Service for the memory foam replacement. I don’t have the dog at the moment to test it out but it looks like any dog would love it.

2nd one ordered. One for upstairs, one for downstairs.
So glad I ordered the memory foam and not the orthopedic. It is NOT egg crate but true memory foam. It is solid with just enough give for comfort. Our 1 y.o. Neapolitan Mastiff is 100+ lbs and does not sink into this bed, as we had been concerned that he might. The bolsters on all 3 sides do depress about 1/2 way due to his massive head and neck, but they spring right back when he gets up. Full zipper cover which is washable, however, we haven’t had to yet. The fabric is heavy, but not indestructible. Our dog chews and destroys even the toughest toys within minutes, but has not even tried to bite the new bed. He went right to it and laid down as soon as we put it on the floor. The coffee color is as represented. The cushion size is as represented in the photos with the German shepherd, although what is not clear is the front to back size pictured. It’s almost as deep as it is wide. In person, we think this jumbo size is even bigger than pictured. We almost purchased a bed for $240 thinking it was the best value. We’re happy with our decision to buy this very affordable and well made bed. BTW, the estimated delivery was for within the first week after Christmas, but it arrived early on 12/23.

We purchased this bed a month ago and one side has not expanded after removing it from the package. I have two medium sized dogs and was hoping they could both lie down on it. Only one of my dogs can lay on it due to this. I was expecting a top quality bed for the $200+ price tag. After registering the product I found out that The company that manufactures the bed will only take returns in the U.S.

Pro: Definitely big enough for a greyhound!
Cons: “Memory foam topping” isn’t really memory foam, just some soft foam, so I would suggest going with the standard “orthopedic foam” instead, if available, if you have a heavier dog, in case that would be a bit more supportive. Luckily my dog doesn’t seem to mind though.
The fabric is also thin, so it tears very easily. Plus, since it’s polyester, it’s also static. I now have a wool blanket covering the bed so that it’s a bit nicer (and less likely to keep tearing).
I would check the US website of these beds for a price comparison, just so you know what level of quality to expect (cheap). When I was buying this, the price range in German Amazon varied wildly, but you shouldn’t be paying anything crazy for these beds.
Update: due to the thin and poor fabric, even with very minimal digging it rips easily and you’re likely to end up with some holes pretty quick. Even a part of the seam started tearing after a few months. Typical poor quality you usually see in any reasonably priced dog beds.
