Good sized carrier. Lots of utility.
Materials feel durable enough. Didn’t get to use the hammocks, but the easy pull zippers and well placed base materials seemed to keep our single kitty comfortable through a cross country move. Travel litter box is a little flimsy on the sides, but expected due to its portability. Thankfully the material allows for easy cleaning. Size was as advertised and fit we’ll enough on bench seat of a sedan, albeit tight fit through the doors.

our cat took to this instantly!
Our cat fell in love with this as soon as we put it up! We keep 1 end open for for to enter and exit. The opposite end has her litter box. She had a hexagon shape previously and we noticed she really only used 1 side of it,so when it wore out we replaced it with this model. She sits on the unzipped door to guard her entrance and at night she sits up in the attached box. This comes with 2 upper level boxes that attach with a bit of ribbon and a toggle ; however our 8 lb cat broke the ribbon on 1 of the 4 corners just with jumping up and down to get in and out. It then left one side unsecure , so I changed to the 2nd box with secure ribbon ad toggle . So far so good , but I do need to sew the other one back together in case this happens again. That is my only complaint . Maybe the company may want rope or twine the secure the toggle so it lasts longer. We have not yet tried it in our vehicle , but it does have very secure flat elastic straps to place seat belts through. For the moment I have a firefly light up pad inserted in the spot so she can paw at it and make the fireflies light up,she loves using it that way for now.

Broke too easily
Got this for my 3 ferrets for moving to a different state and on the first day they absolutely tore it apart. If a little ferret can tear it up that quickly, I can’t imagine how much quicker a cat that is not absolutely acceptable of being in a kennel would do to it.

Great for a road trip
I picked this carrier for my daughter. She was planning on a 12-hour trip and was taking her cats. She arrived safely and the cats did well. They did not stress and they acted like it was just another day.

It’s huge. And it’s impossible to return, so only buy if you’re 100% certain.
I bought it, expecting if it didn’t work, the return would be through the standard Amazon return options. Nope. You get a return label, but you have to pay shipping yourself to have it shipped back to California. I investigated every single possible option for shipping it from MD back to CA short of driving it there in a car myself. The very cheapest possible shipping cost for the return of the very large and heavy box was anywhere from $94 to well over $120, as much as or more than the cost of the object itself. So I’m stuck with a very large, very expensive paperweight in a very large box taking up space in my house until I can figure out how to get rid of it without losing my shirt. Only buy it if you’re certain you’re gonna keep it.

I loved how big it was and bought it to move my cats across the country. It broke in the middle of the drive. To be fair, it was an 18 hour car ride with 3 large cats. So, I was probably expecting a miracle for it to be in one piece after an experience like that.

This is a nice carrier, well made, with some very nice features over some of its competitors. However since the fiberglass rods do not go across the entire length of the carrier it is a bit flimsy and if you have large or busy cats, it does not stand up well it is topsy turvy. Customer Service was the best when I contacted them about the issue. I really like the zip up screen covers and the corner fabric sewn in to keep the bottom mats in place. Also a better application for the baskets would be snaps over the torpedo buttons which do come undone as kitty is getting up into it. Other than that it is a great carrier and the company has the best customer service.
