Unbelievable salon quality hair dryer for an amazing price
I’m so impressed with the performance of this hair dryer, I was ready to give it 5 stars after about 30 seconds of use. Right out of the box, you can see that the set includes all the basic accessories you need, including a diffuser, a flat styler/defrizzer tool, and a magnetic wall mount. The cord is long enough to reach all the way around your head/body and the unit is lightweight, so nice for extended use because it is easier on my arms and hands. There are two fan speeds, the lowest setting stills offers plenty of power and gets the hair drying job done quickly. This unit has about the same noise level as others, it’s not quiet but it’s not unbearable either. The temperature settings are where this dryer really excels – the cold stays COLD, and there are three other levels of heat, including a variable heat mode that is a really luxurious feature. The hottest setting is hot enough to make nice curls or a sleek blowout. But you can switch it back to cold within seconds for a final finishing pass without waiting. This hair dryer works better than the much more expensive styling system I own, and even though it is full size, it is small enough to take anywhere. Perfect for travel, or to bring along to events for last minute styling touch ups. This is an extremely versatile hair tool, and the results are impressive. My hair drying time was cut in half compared to my older hair dryer, and the results were gorgeous, frizz-free, and with almost no damage. If you want to upgrade your hair dryer or need a better way to style, this hair dryer is an excellent choice.

I do like the settings for this hair dryer, you get cool, warmer, warmer variable, and hot. Hot setting isn’t super hot, but it is hot enough to dry my hair quickly and efficiently. The blow speed is medium and high, there isn’t a low setting. It’s pretty lightweight and didn’t hurt my arm to use it. I appreciate its small size. I didn’t like the fact that it emits a high pitch sound while using. This is due to the air flow which comes from the handle, and wasn’t debilitating, but was loud enough to get annoying – I’m somewhat sensitive to high pitch sounds.Overall I like it, it is great for medium to short hair but seems like it may take a bit longer to dry long hair because of its size.

First impressions: Itâs handsome. Beautiful midnight blue with a satin sheen. Looks even nicer in person than the listing photos. The magnetic attachments seem pretty secure.Usage: The best thing about it is that there are 5 temp settings. The cold setting is cooler than the cold air shot on a standard blowdryer âgreat. The highest heat setting is a little underwhelming. This style of blowdryer relies heavily on strong airflow as a way to cut down on heat, but heat is what makes for a smooth and long lasting blowout. I wish it got hotter. Best thing about this dryer is that it is significantly quieter than a standard blow dryer. As a busy mom with a household of people, sometimes I can only wash and dry my hair while everyone is sleeping.The product title includes âHD Displayâ as a feature. There is no high definition screen display. There is a colored light ring on the copper back side that indicates what heat level you are on.Recommendation. Very good blowdryer. Great price to value ratio. I want to give it 4.5 stars because itâs not hot enough, but will round it up to 5 because the value is very good.

Itâs Gorgeous and does a Good Job!
First and foremost, my hair is very damaged and frizzy. It tends to get BIG and poofy and erratically wavy in the ugliest way with most blow drying. So while my photo isnât impressive at first, it really is when you consider the above. It left my hair almost looking styled in spots from just blow drying.It takes a little time to figure out the buttons but it didnât take long to get the hang of it.It is SO LIGHTWEIGHT. I was really surprised and happy. I have a ton of fine hair and I loved that my back didnât hurt after using this.I love the magnetic attachments, they work like magic and feel very fancy. The whole unit is gorgeous.I never could convince myself into investing in the big brand model but I am perfectly pleased with this in its place!

This dryer is very quiet and has a good amount of airflow. It also has a magnetic mount for quick on and off use. The plastic base mount attaches to a wall or other surface using double sided adhesive. I found it in between the pages of the instruction manual! So be careful you donât accidentally lose it. Thereâs a mode I really like that Iâve never seen before. It automatically pulses heat for two seconds then off for two seconds. This effectively reduces over drying or damaging your hair. The air flow remains consistent, itâs only the heat that fluctuates. Other hair dryers have a separate âcoolâ button that you manually have to press to cut the heat but keep the airflow. This dryer does it automatically if you want. Itâs a neat mode. The price is outstanding too. Only $49 without a coupon which puts it on par with the old style noisy hair dryers. Great value here. It has a colour coded light ring that visually indicates what heat level youâre at. Blue the coolest, green yellow and red being the hottest. The motor is silent, the rushing air is the only sound it makes. Would be difficult to beat this for value anywhere. Surprised, but very happy with this one.

It kind of looks like an expensive big name brand hair dryer, but it is not. While the barrel is fairly short and compact, the handle is quite long. The reason for this is because the air inlet is at the end of the handle (see the perforations). One does have to be careful that their hand is not blocking some of the air inlets. The power cord is of a reasonable length and includes a ground fault plug on the end. The sound of this dryer is a bit different in that it is a high rpm motor which gives it that ‘jet engine’ tone. Sound volume is not bad at all, quieter than the full sized professional unit we have. (Then again, our hearing of higher pitches is probably diminished at our age.)Controls are very simple. 2 air flow speeds (3 position, off, low, high) and a cold shot button. There are 2 attachments, a diffuser cone and a flat nozzle. Both attach magnetically to the outlet of the dryer (which I like), but the magnets need to be stronger. If the diffuser gets into your hair at all, it pops off quite easily. This is where they lost a star. The back end of this thing gives off a light show. It cycles through a number of colours. Pretty. There is a wall mount that is a stick up and holds the dryer magnetically, but I would not trust it unless it is well out of the way. A slight bump and it will be on the floor.So how does it work at drying hair? Quite well actually. It is reasonably quick and all the negative ions do seem to add body to the hair. Now if only the diffuser would stay on, or could be locked on, that would be nice.
