I bought this because I am having pain in my arms and neck. I believe it said it is lightweight. It doesnât feel very light to me. It is just smaller in size. I think it takes me longer to dry my hair than with my Conair regular size hair dryer.Added another star. I must be getting better with the dryer, because it seems to dry my hair faster. It does have good air flow and is not as noisy as my other dryer. I hope this helps.

Dries my hair so fast
I have THICK hair. Thick enough that if I put it in a pony tail wet it will still be wet 24 hours later. I’ve never blow dried my hair because it just takes way too long and leaves my hair looking like a stuck my finger in a socket. This blow dryer is so powerful. It dries my hair in 20 minutes and my hair is soft instead of frizzy.I didn’t expect this to be any different then the cheap blow dryers from the big box store. I was wrong. This also came with a cool carrying bag and my 2 year old loves drying his hair with the cool air setting. I’d definitely buy this again.

Unreliable
Like many, I wanted one of those new Dyson hair dryers, without the price that goes with it. So a âdupeâ was the way to go. I researched for weeks to figure out which dupe I wanted and chose this one from Goolioo.The presentation is spot on. Nice carrying case with a place for the dryer and its attachments – extremely nice touch. I like how the buttons are placed and with my super thick hair, it dries my hair in less time than the old-fashioned hair dryers. Itâs light, and unlikely others, I didnât find it noisy.However, this dryer is extremely unreliable. The first one I received began to just shut off in the middle of drying my hair. The air speed would just fizzle and eventually the dryer would shut off. This started in the third month infrequently and then frequently. Of course, the return window had long passed, so I reached out to the seller directly asking them to honor the one year warranty.Its response aggravated me; they wanted me to send video of the problem. Now how was I supposed to do that? Video myself every time I used it on the off chance it would stop? Send a video of it not working? The hair dryer was three months old – it should never be shutting off ever. When the seller asked for this, I advised them that several other reviewers pointed out this issue and that it was a known problem with their product. After a bit of haggling, they sent me a new one – case and all.And regrettably and a month in, the new one too has started to shut off. One time – in the beginning of me using it. I will continue to use it at home, but I could never rely on it when I am traveling.My advice – which I know isnât much – focus on the hair dryer and little less on that carrying case. While a nice touch – the case is not practical. The two I have are stored up in the closet. Figure out why your dryer randomly shuts off.I am giving this dryer three stars because of the customer service (although at reluctant at first). But, even though I eventually got a replacement, I canât recommend. Keep looking!
