Louder than I expected
I was pretty excited for this blow dryer because of it claiming it is âlow noiseâ. I have a toddler with very long hair who is absolutely terrified of a regular hairdryer. Sheâs gotten a little bit better, but we used to have to hide my Revlon dryer because she wouldnât even walk in the bathroom if she could so much as see it. I assured her that this one wasnât going to be loud and wouldnât scare herâI guess I probably shouldâve tried it before telling her that.Donât get me wrong, itâs definitely quieter than a regular blow dryer. Or itâs a different kind of noise at least. One that is less âharshâ on your ears, if that makes sense. But itâs definitely still loud.Other than that, it seems like a pretty good tool. Iâm not sure if the temperatures are actually accurateâfor example the âcoolâ setting says itâs 32°, not sure if itâs meant to be °F or °C but Iâm fairly certain itâs blowing neither freezing air, nor near body temperature air, so I really have no idea where the actual temperature readings are coming from. [Edit: I now notice that it claims itâs measuring in °F, though I still have no idea how they calculated those temperatures.]It also has a âlowâ and âhighâ power mode which is nice. It feels a little heavy to me, but like I said Iâm used to a $14 plastic Revlon dryer. âHeavierâ is kind of to be expected. As long as it dries my hair faster than my old one, I donât think my arm will get tired too quickly.Itâs a sleek little hairdryer, and seems to work well so Iâm pleased with it. I just wish my daughter wasnât afraid of it.

Best hair dryer ever
To be fair im use to the $30 Walmart hair dryers but this one is impressive. A little more than i would usually spend on something like this but itâs a lot cheaper than name brands of this style of hair dryers.This thing makes a ton of airflow and its quite. Not silent but id say itâs at least half the noise of the good old Wally World hair dryer this one is replacing.The temperature control is nice and consistent. If you block the airflow a little bit with your hand it decreases the heater to maintain a constant air temperature. Not that you would do this on purpose but it does show that it is controlling to a temperature instead of a fixed power going to the heating element. It also has a âclean modeâ if you hold the temperature button for 10 seconds. When you do this it stops the motor, reverses it and blows and dust accumulated out the bottom of the dryer. One thing to note is that the air inlet is at the bottom of the handel so if you hold it at the bottom you had will block some of the airflow.I used this to dry my daughterâs hair and it took almost half the time. Since the air flow is so much more her hair was all over the place until i brushed it out but this definitely saves time after the bath. My wife also loves the dryer and has claimed this as her own now. I always have to go find where she hid it when i have to dry my daughterâs hair.Well worth the price.

Very customizable
Gone are the days of having two modes on a hair dryer (Low & High). This hair dryer has low and high modes, but also four unique temperature settings. In addition to the four temperature settings, there is an option to set the temperature to cycle between hot and cold automatically. While the product does not come with a diffuse, it does come with a magnetic temperature directing nozzle to concentration the air flow in the desired direction. Getting a great blow out with this hair dryer is fairly easy. The hair dryer also has a cleaning function that reverses the airflow towards the air intake in the handle and thus blowing out any dirt or lint that may clog the intake. The filter cover attaches magnetically and slides right off so that the filter can be brushed clean. The only thing that was a bit difficult was removing the plastic adhesive screen protector that was initially covering the display. It does eventually come off, but it was a bit challenging.

Better than a “normal” hairdryer
My daughter has thick hair, so often she just lets it air dry because of how much work it takes to use a dryer. This moves a lot of air and definitely works quicker. It’s not as long as a regular hair dryer either. I don’t know where the temperatures come from, but I don’t see them as accurate. Just kind of generalize them to be cool, warm, and hot.

The listing says “for women”, but I’m a man and it is great! The design is pretty neutral, which is perfect. I didn’t need anything high-powered since my hair is short, and I hate how traditional hair dryers are absurdly loud – this one is surprisingly quiet. It has a great feel to it, I’m impressed with the build quality.The reason I wanted one of these, despite having short hair, is that my roots are stubborn. Unless my hair dries straight up, my bangs want to jut out straight forward, which is not something I see happen with other people often. It takes extremely strong hair product to get it to do anything, and even then it tends to creep back down. I got an expensive haircut a few months back and was shocked at how easily the barber styled my hair. Even after using the same styling powder he did, I had trouble doing the same. That’s when I realized that the difference was the hair dryer! And this one fits the bill because it is unobtrusive, relatively quiet, and looks fine in a man’s cabinet lol.

I’ve been looking for new hair dryer for quite a while and had seen some of these super high RPM hair dryers online for a while. I decided to give this one a try and to my surprise it works amazingly well. There’s a couple different attachments for it and even though it’s loud, it gets the job done super quick. The Heat goes from low to very very hot so you have to be a little bit careful, it gets hotter than my standard old style hair dryer so just bear that in mind. It has a nice little built-in trip system so if it draws too much power, it’ll trip its own little power supply before killing the power downstairs in the utility room! All in all, love it!

I love this Hotline blow dryer because it looks really expensive but it is lightweight and easy to use.I love that the nozzle attaches onto the blow dryer magnetically, so easy to put on and take off. Very easy to hold and style your hair.You can adjust the temperature very easily and has many settings depending on how hot or cold you would prefer.When I used it for the first time I couldn’t believe how fast it worked on my hair compared to my blow dryer. My hair looked sleek and shiny. I love the way it works.

What I liked most:The size. It’s small, which makes it lighter, easier to handle, and easier to store.The nozzle can be adjusted in different directions.It dried my hair well in a decent amount of time and it looked good.What I liked less:The temperature setting. This is a cool feature, but the hottest setting isn’t all that hot, compared to other hairdryers I’ve used before. It’s hot enough for me, but that’s maybe something to know if you like your hairdryer at a really hot setting. This button is also in a place where you can easily push it by accident while you are using the hair dryer. I did like that the hairdryer remembered the last temperature setting while you are using it and switching it off for short periods of time.

I picked up this hair dryer for my wife to replace one that had died and Iâm glad I did.Having worked in a hair salon for many years, my wife knows a thing or two about dryers and when this arrived she was very impressed with it.Itâs a smaller dryer than you might expect but it packs a lot of heat and power into this machine. The fact that itâs not as bulky as other dryers makes this one much easier to handle and less tiring on the arms.The different modes of this Hotlife dryer allows more flexibility to the drying process. The display is very handy as well and it seems to run much quieter than previous dryers weâve owned.So far the results have been excellent and we are very pleased with this dryer so far.
