Love this heated blanket! It has a very soft feel to it while being heated and warm! I use it to sit at my daughterâs softball game at night or during cold windy days and itâs a total game changer! I highly recommend it! And the customer service for this company is EXCELLENT! They answered my questions right away and the communication with them is awesome. The power bank that comes along with this blanket is also UL certified, which is a very big important issue for me and not all heated blankets or heated vest and apparel are UL certified, but this one is! Try it! You will LOVE it!

Although very soft and easy to fold & transport, the quality is incredibly poor. Coils and heat patches are very far apart and thin and flat (think: fettuccine sized coils and only 6 large bandaid-sized heat patches). At the highest setting, the heat patches are only minimally warm to the touch, contradicting the description. Battery was charged for 8 full hours and died after 1 hour of use (also contradicting the description). May also be helpful to know that the instructions are poorly translated to English and therefore challenging to understand, especially when troubleshooting. Very disappointed. Returned.
