I LOVE, LOVE this electric blanket!! It is sewn very well with no loose threads. Lays perfectly flat and is very pretty, cozy and soft!I love the color purple, so I chose the lavender color. It’s a soft, deep, pastel lavender color. Being I have many different shades of purple in my bedroom, this blanket blended in very nicely! I am a hot natured person and going thru hot flashes right now, I was looking for anything to not weigh me down or feel constricting while I sleep. Normally, with some electric blankets, you can feel the bulky wires and the blanket seams that will draw up and not want to lay flat after the first time of washing and drying it. I have washed this blanket twice already, and I can guarantee you that it has not caused lint balls in my dryer, nor can I feel the wires on the inside of the blanket. The outside of the blanket is a very soft, velvety material and the underside is a soft, cozy fleece material of lambs wool.The heat controller has five degrees of heat. It warms up very quickly and continues to warm up as you increase the heat. I love it so much! 🙂 With each feature, you can tell this blanket was made with the customer’s comfort and convenience in mind. I’ve even ordered one for my sister for Christmas, who has neuropathy in her feet and they are always cold, which causes her more pain. As it heats up quickly, it also reduces the intensity of heat as you turn it back down. Being it’s so insulated on both sides, the blanket retains the warmth for a longer time without having to constantly adjust the heat up and down for comfort.I ordered a full size for my full size bed and it fits perfectly. The overhang on each side is appropriate for the appearance of the blanket. I’ve been able to remove my older electric blanket and one extra thin blanket to be replaced with just this blanket, my top sheet and my very light comforter on top. It has removed so much bulkiness and weight from me that causes me to constantly kick my feet out at night looking for comfort.I wholeheartedly recommend this electric blanket. If you’re expecting a traditional heavy, thick, cumbersome blanket, this isn’t it! I was surprised at how lightweight it is, but, I was also shocked at how this lightweight blanket packs the heating warmth and punch of the traditional blankets we are used to! I really thought I would be sending it back. But, I’ve actually ordered two more for Christmas gifts! With the warmth these blankets are able to provide, I know this blanket will keep you just as toasty, warm and cozy as the traditional bulky electric blankets we are used to! Was supposed to be a gift
Typically with electric blankets, the actual blankets are subpar. The warmth & length of time are so short.I opened this blanket that was supposed to be a gift. Myself, my kittens & older cat have not moved.It’s so comfy. Warm. Very dangerous for early morning risers (like myself.)It’s already saving me gas bill money. I’m just going to actually “gift” this to my sons so they are enjoying this as much as myself & our fur babies are!

The heat is not uniform. Very spotty !
The heat is there and the blanket is soft and comfy , though it doesn’t heat up uniformly at all .It’s also not as hot as other cheaper thermal blankets , even if you set it up to the maximum potency .I would say it works , but they could do better for the price and for what they say its quality is supposed to be .The fabric is not too thin , but it isn’t super heavy either , it’s nice and it feels nice ; I just hate “ chasing the heat” with my feet at night , it’s already small as it it , so why isn’t it uniformly warm ?!?!???? Other than that , it works . Also there isn’t any noise going when it’s on, which is also a plus .*** Edit***The seller is super help and immediately reached out to me once this review was published .They were very fast and accurate about sorting my concerns and for that reason , I am raising my given score from 3 to 4 stars instead .

Doesn’t get warm enough
I live in a cold and snowy state. The blanket is warm and cozy, but it has to be on atleast 3 or above to actually be warm enough. 1 and 2 setting take the chill off the blanket. I wouldn’t purchase again like this. I ordered 2 of them and they neither get very warm. And the edges of the blanket are room temp. The heating doesn’t go through the whole blanket. It’s about an 1 inch around the whole blanket. I give it a MEH!The seller contacted me with a full refund. I appreciate this and would try the product a second time for the treat customer service and looking into making improvements.
