Was hesitant to pay a higher price for this HICCAPOP brand as there were many products that looked almost identicle. But it’s reviews were great & the Lifetime Guarantee convinced me. Not everytime, but in my experience, most of the time you do get what you pay for. Upon arrival I put it away for the next time my granddaughter came for an extended stay. Time passed & when we finally opened to use it, I could see immediately it was EXTREMELY well made with very thick, quality material. Easy to set up & inflate & my granddaughter LOVED it! The raised sides proved to be an excellent feature since she sleeps so absolutely wild! She goes back to stomach to side, upside down, sideways, one leg over the side etc… all over the place! The bed is quite a bit larger than I expected. The inside “mattress” portion is flocked, which is really nice. Regular crib sheets & mattress covers fit great & the flocking seems to help keep them on the bed despite her nightly “gymnast” routine, lol. I was very impressed! impressed.had a small leak at one of the seams & was NOT looking forward to the hassle of calling customer service regarding their so called “Lifetime Guarantee”. We’d only used the bed for 3 days when it started deflating. At first I thought it was just the bed “stretching” and settling as all air mattresses do so I added a bit more air. However by the 3rd day it was deflating pretty quickly & we finally found a leak at one of the seams. I had followed the exact inflating instructions, had not over inflated & my 3 yr old, 31 lb granddaughter was nowhere close to the weight limit. I huffed & puffed & rolled my eyes. I was agitated because I knew I was going to have to argue & throw a fit for them to honor their so called “Lifetime Guarantee” and get a replacement. I emailed the company & they responded within 24 hrs. The asked for a photo of where the leak was, even if the actual leak wasn’t visible, my Amazon order #, and my shipping address. I got sidetracked for a few weeks, then saw where THEY had emailed ME that since I hadn’t responded, they wanted to reassure me they would like the opportunity to rectify the issue. I sent the requested photo, order # & shipping address. The next day I received an email that my replacement was being sent along with my tracking number. The absolute most prompt, pleasant customer service team I have ever contacted! My husband works in manufacturing so I understand that despite all quality control measures, it is near impossible to have 100% perfect product 100% of the time. Every once in a while a defect will slip through. I just happened to receive a product that had a very small spot where the seam was a bit weak. I’m sure that’s the reason for the photo, so if there are similar issues around the same production time frame, they can narrow down at what point the problem is occurring & rectify it. Despite our little issue, I would still purchase the same exact product again with no hesitation. The bed is of supreme quality & the company has integrity & a top notch, A+ Customer Service team willing to go above & beyond. I have complete confidence in recommending this product. The Hiccapop brand has thoroughly impressed me. If you’re shopping around like I did & are considering a little less expensive item, DON’T! BUY THIS BED! I can assure you from experience you are receiving a worry free bed of excellent quality. Worth every penny! Used internationally and LOVED IT
Traveled to Mexico for a wedding and wanted to make sure our almost 2 yo toddler would be comfortable. He currently sleeps in his crib and is used to having his own space. I was in such a rush that I put the item in my luggage as it was delivered and thought – if I donât need it, I wonât use it and will return it when I get back. The resort was tailored more for adults and I probably saw 2 babies throughout my stay. They didnât have any portable cribs. No worries! I brought my blow up mattress with me!First, the mattress was well packaged. I opened it with my son beside me and he watched as I assembled what would be his bed throughout our stay. It was very easy and fast to blow up the two pieces. Once I put it together, laid a thick blanket, added his blanket, and grabbed a pillow – he knew it was his âbedâ. He took to it very quickly. (Daycare probably helped since they usually lay a mat for nap time).We were there for 5 days and didnât have to re-inflate once. Throughout his stay, he would flop on his mattress, enjoyed drinking his milk on it, and slept peacefully through the night. My son is an early riser and enjoyed the freedom of being able to walk around to my side bright and early to start his day – a nice contrast to fussing or crying to get him out of his crib or pack-n-play.I was very surprised at how sturdy it is – I fit on it comfortably with my son. Iâm 5â and weight approx 140 lbs.Lastly, it was just as fast and easy to pack up.This was probably the best purchase I made for our trip – and I bought many things to make sure he did well on the flight and would be comfortable in a different country for a week. Iâll be keeping this handy dandy bed for my little one and will use it for as long as itâll hold. Very convenient and compact for travel. Locally, I use my pack-n-play and an additional foldable mattress which is bulkier. I love having the option between the two depending on where we are going and how much we are packing. Ultimately, extremely happy with my purchase!

Great product, even greater customer service!
We’ve been using this toddler blow up bed for over two years now, starting when my daughter was 2. At the start, she was still in a crib, but the “bumpers” on all sides helped her sleep in it successfully! Now she’s almost 5 and it still works perfectly for her (and she’s tall for her age). She sleeps well in it, which is all that really matters when you’re traveling, but it blows up quickly and easily and rolls up and stores easily too.After over two years of use, we finally had our first issue. The inner mattress stopped holding air through the night. I contacted customer service and because of the lifetime warranty, received a replacement in the mail in just a week. Quick and painless! We expect to get many more years out of this bed!

Great product, even better customer service
We bought this in February 2020 when we thought we would have lots of places to travel with a toddler. So we didn’t end up using it until our second kid. It inflates so quickly and is also pretty quick to deflate and pack back up in the carrying bag. The toddler slept as well as a toddler sleeps. Unfortunately, on one use the mattress didn’t seem to hold air anymore and would be deflated after a night of sleep. They claimed to have a lifetime warranty, so I figured it was worth a shot to contact the company before buying a replacement. I didn’t expect a reply within hours on a Sunday giving instructions on how to get a replacement mattress under the warranty. Within about a week (including a holiday weekend), we had a replacement mattress mailed directly to us. Would highly recommend the product as it makes traveling with a toddler who is too big for a pack and play pretty easy, but knowing that if anything happens to it (because let’s face it, toddler), there is absolutely no hassle to getting it taken care of makes it even more worth it.

UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn’t their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement.I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US – this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA – BEWARE!!!This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I’ve had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
