KEEP YOUR PET COOL – Our patented cooling mat provides your cat or dog relief from the heat as soon as they lay on it. The pressure-activated gel is triggered by your pet’s weight, and the cooling sensation lasts for up to three hours.
EASY TO USE – Ready whenever your pet needs it, this cooling pad doesn’t require any electricity, water, or refrigeration to maintain a chilly surface. Plus, it automatically recharges itself after 15-20 minutes of non-use.
CONVENIENT – The Chillz mat is perfect for use indoors, outdoors in the shade, and when you travel. It’s made of a lightweight, puncture-resistant, mold-resistant, easy-to-clean material, and folds up easily for storage.
VERSATILE – Whether you’ve just come in from a walk, you’re trying to help your four-legged friend relax for a nap, or you want to help relieve body aches they’re experiencing, this pad is for you. Works for dogs, cats, and even hot humans.
SAFE, NON-TOXIC GEL – All Chillz mats feature a non-toxic gel that is safe for pets, kids, and the environment.

great cooling mat for humans
I use this mat for myself to help me cool off by laying on it or sitting on it. The mat stays cool for about 20-30 minutes until it absorbs my body heat. If I stay off of it for another 20 or 30 minutes, the gel revives itself and gets cool again and can be used repeatedly. The only negative is after about 1 year of only occasional use, the gel stops working. Consider this a product with a 1 year expiration date. I’ve had to replace several of them for this same reason, but it is well worth the investment for the year of use.Other note: when storing the mat, it can generate moisture in between the folds, causing mold. I had to return several of them because when they arrived folded in the shipping box there was mold on the inside surfaces. They have added more desiccants when they pack them now, so I haven’t had that issue again.

My dog uses this.
It gets hot during the summer and my dog and I go out and walk/play a lot, about 4 hours a day. When he gets home, he’s always panting and to get cool, he throws himself on the hardwood floors. I wanted to pamper him, so I got this cooling mat and I just put it on the hardwood. He will get up from the hardwood and walk over to this mat and lay on it because it’s cool and softer for him to lay on. Just that alone makes me feel like he likes it and it works. This is also great to use when we are just laying around outside in the sun.

Glorified pee pads at BEST
Less than impressed honestly. I live in Southern California, where it’s hot as hell on the regular, and this summer, it has been in the 90s-100s pretty regularly. I have two pugs, and not only do they overheat easily with all of their rolls, one of them can’t use her back legs and get water or cool off as easily as the other, so I figured this would be the perfect solution for her.I ended up ordering two because the sizes were funky. I ordered a large for our handicapped dog, and it fit perfectly in her dog bed (i don’t know the dementions of the bed, but it’s an XL dog bed, usually for large dogs). I noticed when I got it that the pad wasn’t cold, or even mildly cool to the touch, so I attempted to put it in the freezer, which was a mistake; it expanded and I accidently broke a part of my freezer drawer (I’m not knocking a star off for that obviously, since it was my own mistake, but I want to make sure people know what will happen!). Overall, the pad still didn’t seem cool once it thawed either. We normally have to put ice packs on our handicapped pug when she overheats, and I still find myself doing that just as often as before. We still keep it on her bed out of habit, since it also stops her from peeing into the dog bed, but it isn’t cold in the slightest, so now it’s really just an overpriced pee pad.I also purchased an XL pad because of the great reviews. Our other dog normally likes to cool down on the tile floor in our kitchen, but she is also old and can’t go down the stairs to the kitchen, so I figured I’d keep it on the carpet. She seemed totally uninterested in the thing. I’d have to bribe her with treats just to sit on the mat, but that was the only time she’d go on it. I even put her water bowl on the mat, and she’d rather whine in front of the mat for water than to go over it to drink. I’m not sure if it’s the texture of the mat on her nails or if she’s just picky or just doesn’t see the point, but she has zero interest in it. I attached a photo of her napping, and no matter how much I tried to get her to nap or even sit on the mat, she wanted nothing to do with it. So now I have these two pads that are basically a waste of money. I feel like if you live somewhere that’s already cold, the mats will also be cold. But if you live anywhere that gets warmer than 70°, it’s useless. Pretty disappointed, as our family was looking forward to finding some temperature relief for our dogs.

Nice,can leak if not careful
After 2 months of use, I bought 6 of the pads, 2 leaked after 1 month …don’t buy it if your dog likes to scratch his bed because it will destroy the pad (material not strong enough unfortunately) ,thank God they are non -toxic ,based on the label…they are OK, better than most pads I’ve seen

The large isnt that large
This actually held up pretty well. My dog wont continue to lay on it for long periods of time and always folds it up but you can easily rinse it off and it is cool to the touch. They run a little small I was hoping to use it as a place, but my dog is too large for it. He is a large breed though, but I would say it was worthwhile

My Chow loved it
I bought it for my chow chow so he’d have somewhere cooler to sleep on during hotter nights. HE LOVED IT and always went to it to sleep however, it did break after a year.

Leaks. Lasted 8 months
We bought two of these mats and at first they were great but they both sprung leaks. The smaller one went completely flat from the contents slowly oozing out. The extra large one was leaving puddles on the floor and once we took a closer look we discovered that it too has been leaking. It’s a shame because the idea is great and fresh out of the box the dogs enjoyed laying on them on hot days. But the cost benefit is not there if they wear out in such a short time. If you treat it as a consumable item that needs to be replaced seasonally, perhaps this is for you, otherwise I do not recommend.

Keep your dog cool and comfortable!
My Cardigan Welsh Corgi does not like to be hot, and when it’s really warm, my Whippet doesn’t like it either. Both benefit so much from their Chillz Dog Cooling Mats. When we travel for agility trials in the summer, I make sure my Corgi has a Chillz mat in his crate for a comfortable night’s sleep. Both dogs like the cool and comfort provided when their Chillz mats are in their crates at agility trials. Most crate mats are plush or furry, and that’s great in the winter, but in warm weather, they need cushion and cool and with these mats they get both. They feel better and perform better, thanks to their Chillz Dog Cooling Mats.

Good quality however it can be slippery on tiles.
Suhnita Robinson –
Brilliant product, does what it says it does, my dog wasnât interested at first but I persevered and got him to lay on it for long enough for it to start drawing the heat from his body, (about 30 seconds to a minute) now he goes straight to it when he gets too hot, wish I could get a human size one! Well worth the money.
