Wonderful product
I don’t have a picture because I sent this to my daughter in Minnesota she is an avid muffin user and make her he loved this product I am so grateful to Amazon for always providing wonderful products at a decent cost that we can afford being in elderly I live on meager funds but I’m always able to find what I need on Amazon at a good price thank you

Update: My review on the product still stands. They are worth your money especially with the great price for quantity and quality. The company emailed me and was very tentative to the situation. They made everything right and I was very happy with their quick response to correct the issue. Their customer service was amazing. If there is anything wrong let the sellers know because they will take care of you. The delivery is just what I experienced but do not let that stop you from buying the scoopers. I forgot to mention that just due to the delayed delivery I ran to the store and bought two scoopers at $14 a piece, since my scoopers came in I am going to return one of them because we do not need them.Previous reviewThe product looks and works great. Started using the smaller scooper when it came it. A really good looking and working product but two of the three scooters got scratches on them. They got a great price versus the ones in the store sold individually.I’m satisfied with the purchased but delivery time was incorrect. I had ordered these scoopers on the 21st because delivery said it would be on the 23rd. Went looking for the package couldnt find it then went on app and delivery changed to the next day. Then on that day I went looking for it again and then it shows the next day again. Called Amazon and they didn’t help when I told them I ordered it because it was convenient and the price was right. Unfortunately, i still had to go out and purchase other scoopers because these didnt come on time like they were supposed to. My notifications for the new updated delivery was on the day of instead of a head of time that why i can plan the days out properly. I will say that before purchasing the product it never said that it would be estimated to deliver between certain days. Its just so annoying to order something, to just go back out to the store and spend even more because what you ordered didnt come in on time.

Handle won’t stay on…
I like the look of the scoops but the problem is the handle won’t stay on no matter how hard you twist it on…When it loosens the mechanism falls apart and the scoop is inoperable. Basically very frustrating to use.

Thumb lever angle
I am a senior citizen widowered with a medium sized hand. I find that the angle of the thumb lever is a bit high and awkward for me. The average woman may have issues with this.Other than the thumb lever, this is an excellent design and well manufactured scoop.I highly recommend this product.

Perfect scooper

It’s bigger than you may want.
This scoop works like I would expect it to, but it stretches my hand a little. By that, I mean that it takes more effort to push down the lever than is 100% comfortable, though it springs back well probably because of it. The lever to activate the metal bit that swooshes through the scoop to release the ice cream wobbles a little too as it travels through the gear crank. It didn’t affect the functionality, but it gives you just that little bit of uncertainty that engenders more physical effort to control it. It’s not to a level that I think many people would complain about it, but if you have arthritis or weak hands, it might be a little bit more challenging.The size of the scoop was too large for me. I like ice cream, but this is so big, that you really have to dig into the container to fill it up, and might end up being more than you could have gotten by with with a smaller scoop. However, I noticed that they sell this scoop in multiple sizes. You could always get a smaller version if you agree with me.The sweeping metal bit cleaned out the scoop and dropped out the ice cream mostly as expected. The ice cream hung on to the last bit of the scoop that the sweeping bit didn’t reach (maybe a quarter inch), but it still fell out when overturned.I’ve put it in the dishwasher and under the tap, and it was easy to clean, because well, there’s just ice cream on it. I had no problem with the handle, though, which is comfortable to hold, by the way.

Ice cream scoop very durable and very easy to use make scooping ice cream out a lot easier it is very heavy duty and very easy to clean this is my favorite ice cream scoop that I gave every purchase highly recommend for anyone that loves items as much as I do this is a must have ice cream scooper
