Greatest Invention!!! Love This!!!â¤ï¸
Of all the things Iâve purchased in my lifetime, this has to be the least expensive, one of the greatest inventions and my best purchase ever!!! A friend of mine that I go on pack walks with my new puppy told me about this. The Gulpy is simply the easiest to use, most convenient, user-friendly dog water bottle out there!!! Itâs leakproof, easy to dispense, great for traveling, has a clip so you can put it on your backpack, pants, belt, etc. I sound like a commercial but donât be fooled by imitations! I went to a specialty dog store where I live and I asked for the Gulpy by name⦠what I got was a far cry from that. It actually needed to be assembled each time, it was a copycat of the Gulpy but didnât operate anything like it. If I wanted to do all that I could just bring a little dish and water bottle with me, the idea is supposed to be convenience and practicality. The Gulpy is simply awesome! Everyone that sees it wants to know what it is that has a dog or not. They ask does it leak, is it easy to use and I show them. You can literally do it one-handed if you had to just flip the tray down squeeze the bottle you can still hold things in your other hand like your dog LOL. Canât say enough about this product! Itâs simplicity is amazing!!! âï¸ âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

great bottle
I purchased the 10oz gulpy for my puppy. It was great. did not leak at all and dispensing water was a snap. it did not work well when you had to set it down, such as when you’re having a picnic lunch and need the dog to have its water. the bottle needs to be held while the dog is drinking or it tips over. or you can wedge between some rocks. but it worked terrific for walks/hikes when every mile or so the dog needs a drink. just dispense enough for the dog, and if it wants more it’s easy to dispense more. much more convenient than pouring water in to a dish. it can hook onto your belt/pants or go in a backpack.the only downside was that my gulpy broke after 2 months of use. the part that seals it when closed and opens when opened got twisted and snapped, thus it was leaking water when closed and would not dispense water when opened. kudos to amazon and this company, however. i sent them an email about it and they immediately authorized a return. now *that’s* customer service! i will buy a replacement in hopes that it lasts longer, maybe the one i got was just a lemon.**update: have now bought several of these for my dog and her ‘cousin’ dogs and all work great. Highly recommended!

Best water dispenser for a dog
My Shi-Tzu has congestive heart failure and needs water when we walk in hot weather. This is the best way to carry and dispense the water. The belt clip is useless. The best way to carry it is to attach a “CRAZY SHARK Magnetic Net Release Aluminum Shell for Fly Fishing” to the dispenser and to a real belt clip. Then you simply pull the bottle down and away from the magnetic release. When finished you simply move the bottle near the magnetic release, and it will attach by itself.Eventually the o-ring at the outlet of the ball valve will fail and make the cup difficult to open. It is possible to disassemble the lid/ball valve and remove the dislocated and/or broken o-ring. The bottle works pretty well without it. .

Very donatable to pet charity’s and hospitals
Our dog was in Cornell’s ICU and being as sick as she was she had a hard time lapping up water from the traditional bowls. The staff would set her up all cozy with layers of soft fleece blankets along with her tubes and mats and as soon as she would drink everything was soaked. Her face and neck would lay in wet. I had some of these for hiking and instantly knew they would be great for ICUs at vet hospitals. We donated 2 and have since been told the staff loves to use them, that it’s much easier for both them because of less mess and much more comfortable for the dog. You can angle the dish just right and squeeze water as needed. Highly recommend not just for home use, but for donations.

decent although definitely not leak-proof
I took a couple of stars off because this thing advertises that it is leak-proof and it is certainly not. It actually leaks a lot. I keep mine in a plastic bag because of that and I can’t imagine trying to use it without one, unless you waited till you went out to fill it with any water. I keep it in the car so that i have water for the pup when we are out and about, and then it’s there for hikes too. It does work, and I can’t say that I’ve found anything better but it’s not quite as good as i had hoped because of the leaking issue. Also the water just sits in the trough and there is no way to get it back in the bottle, say you were in the car and wanted to give him a drink but he didn’t drink it all. You have to dump the remainder out. That’s fine when out hiking/walking but not as good as in a car. So it’s not a bad product but do be aware of its shortcomings when you decide if that’s the product for you.

Must have for dogs
We go hiking a lot with our dog and always bring this along. It is easy to fill, has a clip to hang from a bag or it’s small so you can toss it in your bag. it’s leak proof, super easy to use. You have to hold it to dispense as it will fall over without holding, but i’ve taken the bottle and set the tray on the ground and filled it up. I have a small pug and it doesn’t fall over, but i supposed if you have a big licker it might tip. Setting it in the grass might help.

Very small Is not as pictured
DO NOT BUY IT. The one pictured is the large one. The price is same as the large one too.

) Love the small size
We ordered the orange and light teal colored ones for our pup, 6 lbs now – chihuahua/schnauzer mix. I usually only fill it up half way, to keep the weight of it down in my already heavy purse 🙂 Love the small size, doesn’t take up a lot of room. I will usually squeeze just a little bit of water out for our pup to see if she even wants a drink. If she does, it’s easy to just squeeze more water out. Any left over water can be dumped out or soaked up with a napkin, I never fill up the pan. Has not leaked in my purse, with is an obvious PLUS. We have filled it up at the airport too, after going through security, without any problems. Awesome product that makes toting water around for the pup super easy. Highly recommended!

We have the blue one. This bottle is perfect, but better for small dog. If I have too, I will prefer a bigger bottle for a dog over 60 pounds. Our labrador drink all the water on one shot. This bottle is perfect for dog 60 pound and less.

Got the orange bottle. Definitely for smaller dogs as it holds just enough water for our terrier. Has a very convenient waist clip for ease of access, use and transportation. However make sure to fully close the bottle and shake off the water before you clip it back on, or you may get a little wet.
