NOT for big cats
Ordered this because it said it was designed for large cats… Nope. Not for large cats under 20 lb.My cat is 14 lb and even though he got in for me to take these pics, there is no way he could use it. The concept is cute, which is why I ordered it. I gave it three stars NOT because it’s too small for us, but upon closer inspection, I don’t know that I’d be comfortable with the amount of air pockets compared to the amount of plastic dome. I really wanted to love this.

Not expandable like portrayed
The pictures on this products show that it is expandable in the back with the zipper. However, when I received it itâs just a backpack non-expandable.

The backpack is very light weight. It was easy to zip together and came with a a layer of protective plastic on it. The backpack is not very wide. It has ventilatation holds on the side but non on the front or back. I would only use in mild or cool weather and for kittens or small cats. It looks like it could get hot inside in the sun easily The bottom of the carrier has a very thin pad. Good for short tips with small social cats. The straps are basic backpack straps with plastic adjusters and light padding.
