Washes beautifully and stays soft wash after wash
My dog has a licking problem so I need bedding that can be washed inside and out, not just the cover, or things get stinky fast. I bought two of these and am using them stacked as bedding, and a thickness of two seems to provide a comfortable, cushy area for my dog who is 65-70 pounds. Very soft to the touch when new and after washing.April 2023 update – After several washings these still look brand new and feel soft and plush. Smelly dog bed problems permanently solved, hooray!!!I use Downy Rinse & Refresh and wash the dogs bedding using the deep wash cycle, deep fill, and an extra rinse to ensure everything gets really clean. The only tricky part is drying the mat, the dryer wants to shut off before the mat is completely dry, so after a few cycles of drying as much as I can with the dryer, I leave the mat out to air dry for several hours to be sure it’s completely dry. It does dry very quickly though and doesn’t hold lots of water during the washing/drying process.

great crate pad
when i got my puppy last year, i was shocked at the insane prices of dog beds. this was the only one i found that was anywhere near reasonably priced, and i have been really pleased (i currently have two of them that i rotate). my dog is almost a year old now and uses these pads HARD. he tosses them around in his crate, sleeps on them, chews bones on them. iâve machine washed them many times and theyâre still super fluffy and soft, with no rips, stretching, or even loose threads. a dryer sheet easily sucks all the loose dog hair off of them and they come out of the dryer good as new every time. highly recommend.

Used for a childâs tent floor
I actually bought this to put inside of a tent for a childâs room. Itâs soft and perfect for that purpose. I have not used it for dogs, so cannot say if itâs appropriate for that use.

Nice little bed pad
It’s a nice little bed pad, very soft on top and has good grip on the bottom to keep it in place, very durable as my pup likes the shake it about in his teeth and it hasn’t budged in form. The only reason I’m giving it only 4 stars is that it’s not a memory foam material at all and it is a little thiner than I had expected it to be other than that it’s really nice and my dog loves it.

I was a little worried by the size of the box it was going to be disappointingly thin, but I was wrong. I unfolded and unrolled it and dropped it on the floor to see the size. One of my dogs claimed it right away. Dog approved.

Disappointing to be honest.
I was looking for a nice crate bed for my 15 week old crate trained pup. So many are expensive and I just didnât want to spend $$$ for something that could get messed up along the way during these puppy days. I felt bad that my young pup was sleeping on hard cold plastic, but Iâll be honest he seems to prefer the hard plastic to this bed.The bed doesnât seem to be spine friendly, it is basically a fleece rug. Itâs flat with no cushion. However, it is super soft and I do like that.It doesnât look durable at all and perhaps that is the reason for the $17 price.I definitely would not recommend for a large or older dog. This bed doesnât spot clean well so the benefit that it did do well in the wash was a good thing.In ending, if you’re just looking for a soft rug for your younger furry friend, this will fit the bill.If youâre looking for something padded, higher quality or orthopedic for a larger or older dog definitely pass on this.***Donât be fooled by the picture of the large dog laying on the bed with a straight spine.If I slept on it, I couldnât walk the next day.I was disappointed overall, but I will get something better once my little guy gets a bit older. Heâs still small and young.Knowing what I know now would I reorder?No, Iâd spend a little more for higher quality.Live and learn.

My Dogs love it!
This dog bed is perfect for my 36in crate and my dogs love it! It’s super soft and well made. Haven’t washed it to test it’s durability yet, but it looks like it’ll hold up well. I like that it has grip on the bottom so it doesn’t slip and slide on the mat. Overall, my dogs love it and that’s what matters. Thanks! 🙂
