Lasting a LONG time!
This is made from thick, durable material. Our pittie chews and destroys all his toys within days, but this toy is still in good shape! Great value, happy dog.

Not quite indestructible, but closer than other toys
We have a German Shepherd who chews through pretty much any toy you give him. He has very strong, destructive jaws. And, being very smart, he will find the weak point in a toy and go after it almost obsessively. He’ll work tirelessly trying to chew it into submission.I don’t know how many toys we’ve gone through. We even did the subscription where they send you indestructible toys every month. Usually, they wouldn’t make it until the next shipment. Any of them. And they sent three or four in the box.Anyway, this is our second one of these. He does destroy it, but he’s had this one for three months or better and it’s just now really showing signs of deterioration. We’ll be replacing it soon, but I’m very impressed compared to the countless other toys we’ve bought over the years.

Aggressive Chewer? Save your $$
We had bought a Mammoth tire chew toy at a garage sale, and it was great. Our baby chews everything up quickly, so we didnt think it would last long at all, but to our surprise, He loved it and it lasted a few months. I bought this one to take its place, but sadly it did not last more than half a day before He got his teeth through it and I had to start picking up rubber bits off the carpet. When I took him for our walk at night, my bf sadly had to place it in the trash. No disrespect … just an honest review.

Dog toy tire
The chew ability, weight along with the hardness of this material keeps our Lab occupied. You get the value for the money and he looks cute walking around with that little tire.

Not for big dogs
This is a really cool toy, just not for aggressive chewers. As you can see in the pictures, my dog was able to destroy this in under ten minutes. It would be perfect for smaller breeds. I’m giving a good review because I think it’s a well made product perfect for dogs with less toy destroying tendencies.

Not great for a lab puppy
Lab puppies are a challenge, this I know. This toy looked like it was up for the challenge but alas, it didnât even make it 10 days. (Sigh) our puppy chewed so much of the rope I think he pulled at least enough to fill his stomach once. So we cut that off and left him with the tire – which lasted 4 hours before he started chewing the inside so much he was eating the rubber material. Probably a great toy for something other than a lab puppy.

This toy is huge! LOL bought it for our 4-month old Rottweiler. I guess we’ll keep it aside for now until he grows bigger :)Otherwise, this toy is pretty cool, looks like a real tire, feels like a real tire but is dog safe.With the depth of it, I will probably use it as a treat dispenser, like spreading peanut butter or something sticky and get doggy to work a little.
