Does the work
Easy to work with, hold and manage. It helps getting those pest fleas out of big and small kittens, with long or short hair. Being black you may miss one or two if they are really fast. But easy to use and easy to clean.

amazing instant relief
In spite of fogging the house and putting a topical on the cat, she was still scratching and grooming way too much. I was totally amazed when the first use of the comb yielded over 50 fleas off her neck, throat, and head! After which, the scratching immediately stopped and she appeared calm and content for the first time in months. I needed to enlist some help to hold her because every time I took my hands off of her to catch and dispatch the fleas on the comb, she would walk away. Each combing yields fewer fleas. I am hoping she learns to like this. The comb is sturdy and the teeth tight and smooth. It does not scratch the skin and catches even the tiniest of fleas.UPDATE: It’s been a couple of months and I am still combing the cats daily. Combing has replaced brushing. I find very few fleas and they are for the most part so tiny that most of them get caught in the tines of the comb. I have found the best time to comb my cats is when they are lounging/sleeping, whereupon they awaken, roll around, allow me to comb them all over, and seem to really like it.

It actually works
I’ve purchased flea combs before and have always been disappointed. My Yorkie has been suffering with fleas lately. I am truly pleased and amazed at how well this comb works. It picks up the smallest of fleas and droppings. It’s ergonomic shape makes it comfortable and easy to use.. I have a thick coated great Pyrenees I haven’t used to comb on so I don’t know how well it works on that type of dog. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Holy cow!
I have been combing my cats twice a day with your typical flea comb. I ordered this flea comb today and upon one use, got about 10x the amount of fleas that I would normally get combing them twice with the other comb. Itâs terrifying and satisfying that Iâm getting more fleas off my cats. Nothing works here in Texas for flea control so Iâm really glad I stumbled upon this comb. Seriously, yikes.

Best product EVER – highly recommend
Works amazingly. We have a short hair dog and for some reason the spring Iâve been battling fleas. This comb works wonders!!! The amount of both fleas and flea âdirtâ I am able to remove is unbelievable!!! Best investment I have made in a long time.

My cat’s favorite comb.*
*Well, the favorite comb of 1 cat out of 2 cats and 10+ different flea combs & a few assorted grooming tools. But cats are picky weirdos. The second cat has more of a love/hate relationship with grooming, so his favorites are a tie between those pokey gloves and a flea comb with a big, soft handle he can occasionally punish with bites. But he doesn’t dislike this one either.

Quita muy bien las pulgas a mis perros y es bastante sólido. Sabiéndolo usar no tiene porqué romperse algún diente del peine, a menos que sea un perro con el pelo enredado y lo fuerces mucho.

This comb was more expensive than most of the others, and so I assumed it would be really good. However, brand new out of the packet some of the tines were uneven, with the one on the end therefor pressed against its neighbour. This means that it pulls on fur and pulls out strands, so the cats hate it and run when they see it.The colour also isnât ideal, since fleas are also dark in colour; itâs very difficult to see them when theyâre caught.I bought a few different flea combs of different brands in this order, with this one being the most expensive. It is not, in my opinion, worth splashing out on.I also went and bought a £5 âown brandâ flea comb from Pets at Home, and this did not have the same issue with the tines, and more comfortable to hold in the hand.
