Fun for all ages
This was a fun puzzle to do with a group of people. We did it over holidays, and ages 8-adult participated. The small doors in sections allow one person to work on a single area of the puzzle. Many colors and themes on the doors. Pieces were all included and fit together well.

Fun, beautiful and well-constructed puzzle
This was a fun puzzle to do, not terribly challenging if you are a hard-core puzzler, but a nice, mid-range level. The colors are superb and it is well-contructed. The subject matter was interesting and some of the similarity-colored doors took some doing to put together. This would be a great puzzle for a family to do.

Fun
Size – 29 x 30Puzzle type – standard shape pieces, not odd random shapesQuality – Average. I had a few bent pieces, but no peeling piecesDifficulty level – Slightly on the easy side of average. This was a fun puzzle. It is easy to divide the pieces by color, and then work on each door. I did think they could have found some more interesting doors–some were rather plain. This was my first Melissa & Doug jigsaw puzzle. I would buy this brand again.

Flip the box over to see picture on the back because the front image is cut off.
This puzzle is a great option and more challenging than I expected it to be. As much as I like the puzzle, I am only giving it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the image is cut off and/or covered up on the front of the box. On a positive, the image is on the back of the box but… it is a considerably smaller image on the back. Shoot… my eyes are old and even with “old lady readers” on I still need the image to be as large as possible. This is the main reason I do not love Melissa and Doug puzzles, because they make it too difficult to see the image clearly. Again, my eyesight isn’t as good as it once was so we were having to screenshot certain parts of the puzzle on the Amazon page with an iPad (bigger screen than a phone so it is easier to see!) and then zoom in on those screenshots in order to see certain details well enough. Even with my bad eyesight, I have never needed to do that before. Slightly disappointing to need to do that for this puzzle. The price was good though.I’m not sure who this 6 year old kid is that they have in one of the marketing photos but I’m just going to say “no” to that. Don’t do that Melissa and Doug. Just don’t. The box says ages 12 and up and I want to see THAT kid in the photo handle all of the dang red doors. Nothing else, just let me see him put the red doors together. Not going to happen so that is deceiving also.Be prepared for the puzzle powder. These is quite a bit. With this puzzle order I also ordered a puzzle by Eurographics with different (real) images of places around the world and we really enjoyed that puzzle!I’m including a picture of the actual front and back of the box so you can see the differences between what is visible and the overall size difference.

LOOKING GOOD TO ME.
I HAVE NOT HAD THE TIME YET TO DO THIS PUZZLE. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS FOR A FRIEND AND ENDED UP SAVING IT FOR MYSELF. THEN I WILL PASS IT ALONG. I LOVE A CHALLENGE. THIS JUST MIGHT LIVE UP TO THAT.WOW, QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY. VERY WELL MADE. PIECES AND THICK AND EASY TO HANDLE. SNAP TOGETHER AND STAY SO YOU CAN DO SECTIONS OF THE DOORS AND MOVE IN PLACE. BOX IS WELL MADE BUT A LITTLE LARGE.

Fabulous click lock puzzle!
My granddaughters and I loved assembling this jigsaw puzzle. The quality was superb, the thickness of the pieces were uniform, the sensation of the pieces clicking when interlocked was gratifying, all 1000 pieces were present, color was vibrant and end product was gorgeous. The price of this puzzle far outweighed the quality of this puzzle. This was a pleasant introduction to puzzle making for my darling who are 8 to 3 years old.

Beautiful puzzle!
Beautiful puzzle. The colors are bold, bright and crisp. The pieces were solid and not to small. It was reasonable challenging but not overly so. My dad was visiting and were able to complete this together over about 3 days. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another puzzle by “Melissa & Doug” because of the overall quality. I’d definitely recommend this to others!

I love doors, so this puzzle was so much fun for me! Well made and sturdy , I was very impressed with the quality! Great quality photo finish and each quirky door was as fun to assemble as the next! I definitely recommend this puzzle! Tell all of your puzzling pals!

I enjoyed doing this puzzle. The pieces fit nicely. I would have liked a clear photo of the puzzle as letterings covered part of the design. Also, the bottom and top of the design on the cover were not exposed.
