SLOWS DOWN RAPID EATERS: Eating too quickly can lead to indigestion, vomiting, bloat, and overeating. A slow feed food bowl helps prevent your pet from the dreaded “scarf and barf.”
DIMENSIONS & CAPACITY: Holds up to 3 cups of wet or dry food. Measures 11.25” in diameter across the base, 9” in diameter across the top, and 2″ tall. Great for medium to large sized dog breeds.
NON-TIP DESIGN: No matter how hard your dog tries to get their food out of the bowl in a rush, this bowl will stay in place and not flip over, thanks to its non-tip design.
WON’T SLIDE ON FLOORS: This non-slip dog food bowl has a rubber ring on the bottom that prevents it from sliding on the floor. Ring is removable for easy cleaning.
JUST CHALLENGING ENOUGH: Ever look at a slow feeder and think, how in the world will my cat or dog get the food out of that? The idea is to slow your pet’s eating down, not to create unnecessary frustration. Our slow feed bowl is designed to slow them down without driving them crazy.
Customers say
Customers find the pet feeder sturdy and functional. It slows down their dogs’ eating, helping them learn to eat more slowly. The rubber edge keeps the bowl from sliding, but some customers have reported issues with the non-skid feature slipping off or falling off easily. They also mention that the size is too large and the rubber lining can be uncomfortable for their pets.

Nice Slow Feed Bowl
Bought this bowl for my large puppy. Sturdy, easy to clean and works as intended. The bowl does not have anti-slip grips on the bottom, so the bowl will slide. Not a deal breaker but would be a nice added feature.

Great quality
Had a plastic slow feeder from my old service dog I was using with this new puppy service dog, but it kept sliding all over on the floor. Thought I would try this one since the other one I had was old anyways. And it works great first time use today I put it on a rubber mat like the other one and it didnât slip off at all. I purchased the 3 cup one even tho my dog will never eat that much at once since we feed her multiple times a day but figured I would buy the bigger one just because.

very good quality SS bowl
Nice stainless steel slow feeder bowl for bigger dogs. Good heavier weight. Reasonably priced for the quality. Would have given it 5 stars except my pup was able to pull off the rubber ring that reduces sliding, off of it. I would buy again if I needed another one.

It Really Works!
We have a small dog. He’s just 15 lbs. He eats his food in less than 10 seconds like he has never been feed before. I was worried about his health eating so fast. It was REALLY hard to find a slow feeder that was small enough. This was is small enough, but I was worried that the simple design would not really slow him down. I was wrong. This thing REALLY WORKS! It now takes him about 1.5 minutes to eat his food. He still goes at it like it’s the last meal of his life, but he just can’t get the food out of the bowl any faster. It’s amazing. Also, the fact that this is a wide design with a rubberized base means he can’t flip it over to get at the food. Wow. This is a winner and being stainless steel it should last a long time. I highly recommend it.

Good bowl, rubber lining isn’t great
I have been using this daily for my puppy for about 10 days. We wash it in the dishwasher once at night, handwash the other times. The rubber lining is already coming off. It is a bit hard to put back on, but seems to be stretching out and not staying on well. I have purchased a non-slip mat to put under the bowl to help with sliding. Otherwise, it does slow down how fast my puppy can at his food.

Perfect for Ruby
Our Bulldog, like most eats realllllly fast. A cup of food is devoured in less than a minute and then sometimes she throws it right back up. This bowl took care of that…now it takes her a full minute to eat and nothing comes back up.

Works well
Easy to fill with the kibble, easy to clean, and it has really slowed down our puppyâs eating to a relaxed, safer pace. Does not slide around in his crate.

Durable bowl moderately slows eating
Our dogs will gulp down a cup of food in 5 seconds if allowed; thatâs too fast for proper digestion, and occasionally the food is regurgitated later. These bowls slow them down because they have to orient their nose along the circumference and can only get a little at a time, taking on the order of 1 minute for that cup of food. Total capacity of this size is about 1.5 cups. I like all stainless bowl for sanitation and durability; only down side is the flimsy rubber rim that keeps the bowl for sliding too much or scratching the floor: itâs loose and flimsy and detaches in normal use.
