Solid product. Works as advertised
So far the product works as advertised and has been helping to train our small dog from barking at night. Wish the unit itself was a little bit smaller that fits around his neck, seems a little bulky, but heâs dealing with it fine. Also the instructions were a little confusing on how to set up everything. Itâs working for us, but still not convinced Itâs set up exactly how we want. Simple is best.

Best Training Collar I’ve Used
This product is hands down the best training collar I have used. We have a 4 year old golden retriever who gets very excited when we have guests. The functionality of the training collar to be able to switch from vibration to noise has been really great. The noise is a nice high pitch that my dog really responds to, while the vibration is strong enough to be felt through the layers of his fur.Right out of the box, this product has a great feel to it. It was so easy to set up that I didn’t even need to open the instruction manual. It came with a strap for the remote so you can keep it close by, while also including a dual charger USB that can be used for just about anything. The collar also includes two sets of rods that can be changed depending on the size of your dog and how tight you make the collar. Additionally it comes with silicon covers if you chose to not use the shock feature (like myself) so that you can’t accidentally shock your dog.The remote also features a locking mechanism to ensure you are not giving your dog false alarms by accident. They really have thought of everything with this product. I would definitely recommend. Our dog has shown great improvement thanks to our use of the collar along side some training!

Overall good, but autodetection not very sensitive with barking
Overall, we’ve been happy with this, but the autodetection for barking doesn’t work super well. The remote works fine though.

Works for our puppy
We have a very active puppy, thatâs always looking for trouble. This is the only thing that we found works for her. She knows she can act out when I take it off to charge it. Sometimes I just leave it on her even if it needs charged. Until she goes to bed.

Faulty Product!!! Burned my dogs neck!!!
I bought this for my corgi, he barks at everything and nothing. I have spent hundreds of dollars on different devices to stop him from barking safely. I’ve had this product for 3 weeks and for the first 2 weeks, it was very affective, after one bark, he stops. I finally thought I’ve found a product that really works to control bad behavior, but I was wrong! This product should be taken off the market for further testing. Why you ask? 2 days ago, my dog barked, the collar went off, it vibrated and shocked him but it continued to shock him over and over again! He was running through the house yelping because the collar kept going off, it didn’t stop shocking him! My husband and I held him down to get the collar off while he was trying to bite us (something he never does) and he had burn marks on his neck!!! I had the silicone covers on the prongs to prevent this and I had the shock setting on low! This should have never happened and if this happened to my dog, it can happen to yours!! Buyers Beware!!! Don’t buy this product if you love your dog!

Good for barking, up to a point.
The collar worked OK as long as no ody was at the door. The shock didn’t get above a tickle and only the beep helped. If someone was actually on the other side of the glass door she og bored the collar completely.I think it was a bad collar. There was no difference in shock level between 30 and 99. I returned it and will look for an alternative. Our Belgian Malinois is very protective and she needs more than this collar could do to snap her out of it when a stranger comes to the door.

It works for my ten years old lab mix. I don’t usually write reviews but this vibrate mode really works for my dog. She doesn’t scratch the door anymore. I ordered two electric collars that did almost the same thing and kept this one which cost less.
