Well made and complex.
This is a very high tech cat toy.It assembles quickly and easily without tools. It has multiple interesting features for cats.It is powered by an internal lithium USB rechargeable battery. It spins its top with feather teaser and laser in several different motions. My (and my cats’) one complaint is that it moves Too Fast.I have a large robust Bengal cat and a slim light Siamese fraidy-cat.The Bengal waded right in but after being hit in the face 5 or 10 times by the flying feather he retreated and will no longer approach it.The Siamese was fascinated by it and watched it for many minutes from a safe distance but would never get within 3 feet of it. When it was tuned off he would approach and examine it.The toy has four different speeds but there is only about a 2 to 1 difference between slowest and fastest. and even the slowest speed is too fast for my cats.My experience is that with something like a feather teaser on a stick you need to start with it stationary or moving very slowly to catch the cat’s interest and then speed up once the cat is fully engaged.I will try to take it apart and see if I can slow it down some.

Long lasting charge, keeps kitties entertained
This lil kittey-doo-hickie device will keep your frenzied furries occupied for a good while! Some of them, anyway… not all kitties may be inclined. The laser spins a bit fast for some to keep interest (even on the slowest setting). It can angle up and down maybe about 15 degrees. It would be much better if the device spun a bit slower, maybe bouncing back and forth a bit more often. It comes with an assortment of feathers and ribbon strips with tinkly bells that pull your critters’ attention. The battery charge lasts a long time. The first time it shut off, I thought it was because the battery died after about 15 min… but it turned right back on and stayed on for just about as long, so I believe it auto times-out to save its charge. That makes sense because the kitties do lose interest after being de-sensitized to the unattainable little red dot of dismay. The balancing & stabilization legs sit flat on the ground, preventing it from easily falling over, though it still will once your lil furball decides NOT to let go of the feathers or straps and goes all-out like they’re pro’s in the WWE! It certainly is fun to watch them go after it… sometimes derp-like, getting whacked in the face… other times ex-purr-t marksmen with their feline reflexes. I’d give 5 stars if the laser provided a bit more action, but slower. Maybe add a smart-motor that would auto-angle the laser up and down while also spinning it around the base. Still worth the marketed price… and recommended to keep the cats out from between your feet while doing chores 😉

Multifunctional cat toy
My husband likes this cat toy because it comes with so much. He said it was easy to put together and comes with lots of things to attach to the arm swing. Lulu took an interest while he was setting it up, but the moment it was done, she just watched from afar. At some point she did come close and hubby got a few photos, but we are really anticipating that she will engage with it more later.Anyway, the toy doesn’t take up too much floor space and has a 30 minute shut off, both which are great for us. It is also nice that it has two different speed modes plus a random speed mode. And I always appreciate anything that is USB-C rechargeable and doesn’t require batteries.

Smaller than it looks online
*Updated w/Video*My cat plays with the feather attachments but that’s it.It small but a good size for a cat. Has 3 different speeds. There’s also speaker holes but unknown why they’re there? No sound comes from them.

Keeps the cats well entertained
I took in 2 kittens my sister rescued, and I wanted something to keep them entertained when I’m at work to help keep them from getting into mischief. and this works great. They love chasing a laser, so this is perfect, along with the other toys with it to keep them entertained. So far, they play with this and have left the christmas tree alone.

Could use some more oomph
This is a cute little toy for cats. I have three girls that I thought might like this. So far though, they havenât shown much interest. If the light did more than just go around in circles it may be a lot cooler. Also, itâs really small so it can only do so much before it loses its appeal. Regardless, itâs a cute little toy for my girls and it works well, there arenât any issues with the one I received.

Endless Entertainment for My Cat!
This automatic cat laser is a lifesaver! My cat absolutely loves chasing the unpredictable laser patterns, and it keeps her entertained for hours. The adjustable speed and angles make it feel fresh every time, and itâs great for keeping her active while Iâm busy. The device is compact, quiet, and blends nicely into my home decor. Plus, itâs super easy to set up and use right out of the box.If you have an energetic cat, this is a fantastic way to keep them happy and engaged. Highly recommend!

TOO FAST
It’s all in the title. With multiple options to entice my bored winter kitties, I thought this would be a winner. It was a dud.- First, the laser spins around like it’s the GRAVATRON at the county fair, and my kitties barely even recognize that it’s there because it whizzes by so fast. So they have no interest in chasing it (and that’s at the LOW speed. The high speed is ridiculous.). There’s an option to turn the spinning off, but with it off, my super intelligent boy immediately figured out where the laser was coming from and shunned the whole thing as being beneath him.- The extendable wand at the top, extended to full length, is maybe 8 inches. Not nearly long enough to achieve proper dangle to engage my kitties’ interest. The only win on this thing is the two balls in the middle that spin around, but are impossible to get out. My boy had a heyday trying to figure out how to get them out/catch them. Threw the whole toy across the floor a few times in the process.I really wanted to give this a higher rating, but with how fast the head spins, it’s just not an appropriate or useable toy.
