It’s sturdy but also soft to the touch, easy to install, affordable, comfortable, well made, gives you the best sleep you’ve ever had and my back pain is gone. I would definitely recommend. For the price, this mattress is a great deal with no chemical odor. It quickly expands to its normal size. It became thick and soft. We have nothing to complain about. We would buy it again.

Horrible Quality Control
The first time I ordered a Novilla 10 Inch King Mattress, I received a very defective unit. I have owned over a dozen memory foam mattresses, so I could tell right away that this one was defective. Still, I waited the full 72 hours to give it time to take its shape. Unfortunately, it did not. It was warped at all four corners, one half of the mattress was an inch shorter than the rest, the top was rippled oddly on one side, and the thickest portion of this “10 inch” mattress only got to about 8.5 inches. Side note: this was during the heat of summer in Florida.Reached out to customer service. They tried to make me return it. I said there’s no way to stick this mattress back into a tiny box, and I commented that it seemed unusual they would spend so much money shipping a defective product back to them. They said it’s okay, a driver would come pick up the mattress at no cost to me, and they had me complete a return form. Then I received a message that return delivery services for mattresses were not available in my area. So I reached out to customer service again and they said it’s okay, I could dispose of the mattress and a replacement was on its way. No charge.I waited two weeks. The replacement finally arrived! I opened it up only to realize it was the wrong size. It was clearly a Queen mattress – and this one was also defective!! I had to repeat the entire scenario I detailed above, but instead asked for a refund as I was tired of the entire ordeal.Used the refund to order a different mattress entirely. I’m not sure what’s going on with Novilla’s quality control, but there is clearly an issue there.

Extremely Washable
So, first the bad- the edges of the bed are very soft and sink down. Our kiddos have the Hemmes beds from Ikea and there is a hard border on 3 sides of the base perimeter. Based on measurements, I expected this mattress to sit several inches above the border (hoping to avoid bonked heads and whatnot). Unfortunately, the mattress measures on the thin side of the dimensions given and with the soft, sinking sides, we are still at risk of bonked heads. If thickness isn’t a significant issue for you, this is a WONDERFUL mattress. We recently had a juice spill that leaked through the mattress protector that I had under the sheet. Rather than try to spot clean the mattress, I unzipped the mattress cover and the entire mattress disassembles. I am not sure if you are supposed to be able to pop the cover in the washer, but I did. I zipped the cover closed, put it in our front load washer (no agitator) and washed it with oxyclean and crushed up enzyme tablets (I wanted to avoid using soap with suds). I washed it on gentle with an extra rinse cycle. It came out great. There have been several nights that I have slept on the bed with my daughter and, despite being a tight squeeze on a twin, it was comfortable all night long.

Extra support is great
As I unwrapped this mattress I knew it would love it and to no disappointment I was right. It even pretty. Mostly though it’s the support and the softness of the mattress. I just sink into it no matter which way I lay. Forms to my body. Then change positions and again I just fit in it so comfortably . Its super thick which is a bonus feature. I can tell that it’s quality is very fine and should last years. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone. Im going to sleep now and I’m sure my rest will be incredible.

I had been searching for a firm mattress for quite some time, and I am pleased to say that I finally found one that meets my expectations. This mattress is of excellent quality, with no odor or noise. It provides a solid level of support while remaining comfortable and restorative. Thatâs exactly what Iâm looking for.
