Sturdy and thick
This leash is super cute and so sturdy. The locking clasp can take a little getting used to. It’s important to lock or it will come loose, which I’ve never had happen with a non locking hook? So….if your doggo can still still while being leashed, this is for you. If you feel like you are leashing a maniac bucking bronco that can’t wait to go for a walk, then probably find a different leash.

Sturdy Leash
This is one of the sturdiest leashes I’ve ever bought. It’s easy to walk the dogs with the padded handle and gives you good control of a large dog. I plan on ordering duplicates.

Favorite dog leash.
This is the second time I buy this leash. I use it to take out my standard poodles. What I like about the leash: it’s light; comes in a variety of colors and lengths; has a comfortable padded handle; the carabiner is made of light but sturdy metal, easy to open, and has a protective lock, preventing it from accidental opening (my favorite feature; thatâs why I bought this leash in the first place).

These are great!! The quality is really good. Well made. Love that little bit of stretch in the heavy duty cording. The length is perfect for our little pullers. BUT….on two occasions the locking mechanism has opened with movement of the dogs. They got loose!!! Scared the crap out of us… for something we thought was safe. Everyone is OK, but we are checking and rechecking these locks whenever they are being used. Shouldn’t be that way. I bought them partly because of this feature. I should be asking for my money back, but I will look for a piece of hardware that will double hook the leash to their harnesses.
