My dog LOVES these!
Whether I fill them or not, my little foster pup loves chewing on these. The first one was such a big hit I didnât even get to fill it. I bought a second one and filled it with peanut butter and froze it overnight. Sheâs been busy for 30 minutes now licking and chewing at it. She likes both the brown and blue ones. Good for pups who donât have a super strong chew. This little one is just under a year old and is 26lbs.

Great for strong chewers
Our dog absolutely loves these bones. Heâs a 90lbs pit bull and quite a strong chewer. He loves chewing on these bones. Hard enough they last him quite awhile but also soft they donât hurt/break his teeth chewing on them.

Decent toy but not the best
The toy itself does not freeze, but it has small pockets on the backside that you can fill with whatever you like (peanut butter, broth, water, etc.) and freeze. Thereâs one longer compartment in the middle and then four smaller ones in the corners. These four have a slight lip which help prevent spills but also makes them lightly more difficult to clean. All in all this toy seems like a solid teething toy. It doesnât hold a lot but the point isnât to feed them, itâs to give them something to do and help soothe with cold, both of which it does. My largest complaint is with the shape. Itâs completely flat on one side and rounded on the other. It rocks as my dog licks it and sometime it rocks enough to flip right over onto the flat side. In this position itâs hard for my dog to right it so she inevitably gets bored and wanders away, leaving whatever Iâve frozen in it to melt straight out onto the floor.Great concept, poor design.

They chill, but how do they chew?
Me likey:+ The freeze makes my dogs a little more interested+ Space in the chew allow for water (ice) or a treat+ Theyâre built to lastMe no likey:- They donât stay cold for long- Theyâre big, wide and heavy- Really made for medium and large breedsThese are almost like any other Nylabone chew and, for that alone, I like this. The thing is big and thick; not really for smaller breeds at all. My pups are big enough to handle them, but theyâre bulky to carry around. The smaller version of these are actually a bit TOO small, so I opted for this and got something thatâs too large. The freezing is a nice extra, but itâs a âfeatureâ that doesnât really last but a few minutes. One of my pups is teething, and this chewâs moderate strength works for her, but her interest is still relatively limited. Iâll update if they remain interested, but so far itâs not that much different from other Nylabone chews.

Surprisingly Sturdy and a Favorite!
My 2 Boxers can zip through chew toys very quickly, but the design of this particular one has made it last in our house for more than a month with very little wear and tear on it despite it being a favorite of theirs. And, given the fact that it isnât rock hard, but rather has some give to it, I am both surprised and impressed. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future.

These are perfect for teething
Whoever came up with this idea … thanks cause anything helps when a puppy is teething and looking at ya like um.. help….please .So this is a medium in think. I’m not sure but it’s big as my hand. This little guys mouth can barely fit around it but he loves it. I think he likes to just chew on it and lay next to it too to keep cool at times I suppose. So really even after he is done teething. He will use it for comfort. I love it. No more sad faces.

Puppy ate in 15 mins
Not for large, breed strong chewers.

I almost returned it cause I thought it was too big for my dog (cocker spaniel) but he LOVES it and keeps him busy so win-win.

Pensé que tendrÃa más espacio para rellenarlo, le cabe muy poco. A mà perro no le llama mucho la atención.

I thought this would have an internal cavity to fill with liquid to keep cool and slowly melt but it only has a few little divits on the underside of the toy for liquid to be added and frozen. My puppy doesn’t seem too keen on this chew toy, perhaps as it gets hotter this might change.
