My puppy loved this toy and it withstood a lot of chewing before it needed to be tossed due to the plastic starting to chip off from heavy chewing. It was a good size for my golden retriever puppy to play with and she loved it. She was sad to watch it go in the trash.

Dog neglects this toy at all costs.
I got this for our little pomeranian puppy, and he played with it for about 5 minutes. It is the ONLY toy he has (and he has a lot) that he doesn’t go to or play with. We keep trying to get him to, but he just doesn’t like it. He’s not finicky either, so it’s odd that he chooses NOT to play with it or chew on it. It seems like he would like it. It has different textures on it with the bumps, grooves, and shapes, so I was sure he would love it, but he doesn’t.***UPDATE*** There has been no change at all with him not wanting to play with it. It’s been about 3 months since I wrote the other review. Only thing we know is that he HATES the taste of it. We will try to get him to play with it, but as soon as it touches his mouth, he makes an awful face, squints and drops it, then shakes his head, and keeps licking his mouth. We’ve smelled it, and it has a pretty strong rubber smell to it. He has a kong and another squeaky rubber toy, and while they have a hint of rubber smell to them, he doesn’t mind those. So, it just must taste really strong to him. I’ve changed my rating to 1 star.

Vanilla Scented Disappointment.
My dog loves it, maybe a bit too much. I got this because my dog was attracted to a baby toy I had that is also vanilla scented. But after a week there is nearly nothing left. Honestly, if it was more than $5 I’d be livid, as it stands I’m just disappointed it didn’t last longer. She really loves it, but it doesn’t hold up at all.

I bought this for my teething Large Breed Puppy. I was hoping the item would be slightly bigger, as it will soon be too small for my puppy to use but for now it will suit him fine.The multiple textures allow for my pup to relieve some of the discomfort from the teething, and the matieral is sturdy enough to withstand his constant chewing. I’d purchase again if a larger size was available, this is better suited to small to medium breeds if looking for longevity.
