Good for aggressive chewers
I have a 60+ pound lab. He loves this thing. Itâs softer than some but he (so far) has not destroyed it. He is an aggressive chewer and I like to give him things that last and that donât break apart. This fits the bill perfectly. The pizza smell was pretty strong for about a week. Leaves NO residue. DefinitelyRecommend for your aggressive or nervous chewer.

DECEPTIVE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – DOGS HATED IT
I did a search for the Nylabone Dura Chew which is what we typically get for our pets. This item appeared under the description “Nylabone Dura Chew Textured Toy, Frenzy Pepperoni Pizza Flavored Bone.” I was really excited for the chance to give our pups a new flavor of their favorite chew toys!Once it arrived, I was disappointed to realize that this NOT a Dura Chew product!!! This is a flexible rubber product. The link was completely deceptive, and didn’t reflect what the actual product was. Again, this is NOT a Dura Chew – so if you came here looking for that, you’ve been lied to!We were still going to give the product a try despite the deception, but it smelled terrible – like musty rubber. All three of our dogs took one sniff at it and walked away.We ended up throwing this out immediately.Please don’t be tricked into buying this, thinking it’s a Dura Chew. It is a much inferior product and a waste of money.

That smell…..
While we love Nylabone products in general, this one fell flat for us. It is not a strong chew (so if you have serious chewers, you may want to look elsewhere), it’s more of a rubbery material. And the smell…. it is just awful. I honestly thought my dog had peed on the bed. No. It was the bone. The only time that I’ll let my dogs chew it is if it is one of the seniors who doesn’t chew much anymore, and far away from where I can smell it. Our youngest (lab) was able to tear pieces of it off in minutes.Overall not bad, but not for serious chewers, and absolutely not for anyone who has a sensitive sense of smell!

Best bone ever
This one has a little more flexibility than the chicken, beef or peanut butter. My dogs love it. I finally found the best bone for my dogs after 3 years of purchases. They argue over this bone and hide it from each other.

Well enjoyed but not super sturdy
On the upside the dog loves this! We have a 35 pound pit-mix who is on the smaller side for her breeds but quite a strong chewer for her size and she really enjoys this bone and wants to play with it a lot and it has become one of the toys she likes best.The downside is that within a fairly short span of time she had already chewed several pieces off and we have to be careful to take the bits away so she doesn’t eat them.This might be a good fit for some dogs, I would say not for ‘power chewers’ or really big or strong dogs but for a medium sized average dog this might work well just keep an eye on them if they start to tear pieces off take it away from them.

They Smell BAD!
The price is great for the size of them but there really aren’t wroth it. They are a rubber texture which mean there not going to last long if your dog likes it. My dogs don’t chew on them must they like the harder ones better that I got them. I wish I never got them. They are pizza flavor but I tell you they smell so bad even when I was a few feet from them I could smell them. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Good quality rubber toy
This is exactly what I was looking for as a replacement for the Nylabone Flexi Chew which I canât find anywhere. I have 2 moderate chewers and I dislike hard bones because I worry about fractured teeth. This bone is perfect for them. It is rubbery with some give, and they love it. Would not recommend for a power chewer but for my guys (boxers that are both gentle on toys) itâs great.

Didnât stand up to our Viszla
I purchased this in the past and it seemed like it lasted a long time. But the new one I purchased lasted less than a month. Our dog is a medium size dog and I wouldnât consider her to be an aggressive chewer, but I had to take that it away from her because it got to small to fast. Sad, love this brand.

Mi perro tardó en encontrarle el gusto, pero cuando lo hizo le encantó. Duró muy poco después de eso pero lo veÃa venir desde que es un poco suave el producto. Fue una buena compra y a este lo reemplazará un hueso con más resistencia

Ma croisée border collie l’a détruite en 15jours contre d’autres jouets de la même marque qu’elle garde depuis 6 mois. Mais c’est pas la faute du produit, à éviter simplement pour les chiens qui ont tendence à détruire leurs jouets car l’os est un peu fléxible.

Very disappointed this is not the usual hard Nylabone but made of a soft rubber. It took my small dog about 2 minutes to start chewing off chunks of rubber definitely not for strong chewers.
