Outward Hound’s Lil’ Snoop dog toy provides interactive treat-dispensing fun plus the mental stimulation your dog craves. This interactive dog puzzle toy is great for who need a rewarding brain teaser or to encourage slower eating habits in fast eaters. The Snoop is translucent and squishy with a deep crevice that conceals the treats. Just pop it open, fill with dog treats, and pop it back in. Let the treat game begin! This durable dog toy is made from Orbee-Tuff TPE material that’s tough to withstand treat play, mint-scented to help freshen breath, and free from BPA, lead, and phthalates. The 4″ Lil’ Snoop works exactly like the original Snoop for medium and large dogs, but is sized specifically for smaller dogs or puppies. Cleaning is simple and fast. Just fill the ball with warm water and gentle soap, shake, rinse out, and air dry. This toy is intended for supervised fun and is not a chew toy. Clean using warm water and mild soap. Rinse well. Great mental stimulation for your dog
I usually put a couple treats in here and it will keep my dog busy for 30 minutes to an hour. It’s surprisingly durable also. An added bonus is it’s easy to get the treat out if they’re having trouble. Great value for your money.

Great for high energy working dogs!
Overall this is a win for my dog & I am happy with both the cost & quality! His teeth are cleaner, it occupies him for an hour or more at a time with just regular size, not small breed, dog food placed in it & it’s easy to wash! If you have a difficult dog to buy toys for please keep reading my review for detailed observations. We have a Catahoula Leopard Dog who is very high energy & needs mental stimulation & exercise for several hours a day to keep him happy & healthy. This particular breed is bred to be very intelligent, high energy, determined & tough as they are used for hunting, herding, trailing etc. Catahoulas don’t make great “house pets” especially if you do not meet their physical & mental needs. My dog is a large size dog with his shoulders at 24″ & he weighs about 75lbs. He can fit his mouth easily around something that has a 7-8″ diameter. He is worked regularly but still tears through toys both literally & figuratively & this Orb toy is by far the best one we’ve found for him yet. Yes, it is somewhat easy for an intelligent dog to figure out. For most dogs I’d say it’s at an easy to medium puzzle level. However, where this toy is superior is in it’s sizing & design. There is a slight squish to the Orb & it’s surface is slippery so the dogs teeth have a hard time gripping it to really chew hard on it & the rubber is flexible yet thick enough that it will just pop back into it’s intended shape after being squished. This design feature helps prevent heavy gnawing, ripping & shredding for the most part. The Orb toy also stays rigid as the dog rolls it around & the mouth of the toy is cleverly designed which facilitates the occasional dispensing of the food instead of large food dumps. For me this is a huge bonus because my dog only responds to interactive play & it takes a good long while for my dog to roll it around & get all the food out. All of this being said, if you’re dog is not a determined dog it will probably give up & this won’t be as great of a toy for your pet. Also, if you have an aggressive chewer who selectively chews & will repeatedly chew or work on the same spot this toy could also possibly be broken down into pieces if they were able to findd a way to hold it with their paws so that they’d have a specific spot to gnaw on successfully. As far as flaws go I haven’t found any other than knowing that at some point the rubber will start to stiffen & break down with age & exposure to the elements making it easier to chew up but that should take years. All things considered for a $15 or less toy this is a great value. I’ve spent triple that for toys designed for “aggressive chewers” that my dog annihilated in under 5 minutes. In my opinion if you have a working breed dog this is a good option. I hope this review was helpful to those who have difficult dogs to buy for!

My dog LOVES THIS!
My dog loves this toy, way more than the double snoop (which I got first). First off, I love the mint smell. She loves to chew this toy on me and Iâd rather not smell doggie slobber or treats. Instead I just smell mint. My dog loves to throw this around and, if it really stuff it with treats, the game lasts for a good long while. Itâs very durable and a super soft rubber. Just donât let your dog sit and chew on it or, yes, it will tear with continued chewing. I took it away from my dog whenever she started to chew on it, so now she knows not to. I think itâs reasonably priced as well for a toy thatâs built to last. My dog has TONS OF FUN with this toy and it keeps her occupied for a few hours at a time. And itâs soft and rubbery, so if she drops it on my foot, it doesnât hurt (unlike a Kong!)

Regular feeding tool!
This little snoop has become a staple in my Jack Russel mixes everyday feeding! My boy now refuses to eat out of anything but this toy! He gets so excited about this toy! It puts up enough of a challenge that he looks forward to it with out getting frustrated. He carries it around and shows it off when its empty𤣠Itâs the perfect size for a 21 pound jack Russel/ Shih Tzu! Iâm glad I didnât buy the regular size, it would have been wayyy too big and would not have given any challenge. The lil snoop is perfect! Itâs pretty durable too! He goes to town on it. And itâs definitely holding up! The quality is great, giving the best value for your money! Especially if you can find it on a sale! He has so much fun with this little toy! Itâs cute and easy to clean! Highly recommend!

Durable
This product is durable, it dispenses treats appropriately and my dog is obsessed. It is NOT dishwasher safe (that’s on me) so this IS my second time buying and I had to buy again immediately because of how obsessed my dog is with this toy.

Keeps my Golden busy and distracted
This ball is fantastic! My dog quickly figured out how to push it around to have the kibble drop out. Just a tablespoon of kibble keeps her busy for 10 minutes or so. I’m ordering a second one as back-up. When she gets down to the last couple of pieces, I pick it up and give her the food (or hide it, so she has to find it), and then wash it with soap and water, air dry. I do not leave her unsupervised with a nearly empty ball, because I do think she would try to rip it open to get the last two pieces. An added bonus (!) is that it’s kind of sticky with dog goo, so it picks up dog fur. Lol! Due to the fur factor, I wash it after each use, another reason to have a second ball. If you have a busy dog who is a foodie, this is a great addition to the toy box, and reasonably priced.

Quality has gone down
I bought two of these around 4 years ago (one of which got left in a field and run over by a bush hog) that were looking worse for wear, so I purchased 2 new ones back in August. The new ones are falling apart and have held up worse than the 2 that are years old. My dogs love them and get treats in them every morning but if you have purchased them before just be prepared the company is no longer making them to the same standard.

I recently purchased the 5″ Snoop treat dispenser dog toy from Amazon and I absolutely love it! This toy is perfect for smart dogs who need an extra dose of fun.One of the things I appreciate most about this toy is that it encourages slow eating. By filling it with treats, it forces my pup to work for their reward, preventing them from gobbling everything down too quickly. This not only helps with digestion but also keeps them entertained and mentally stimulated. The durability of the Snoop is also worth mentioning. It’s made from a strong material that can withstand chewing and playing without breaking easily. I feel confident that this toy will last for a long time, even with my dog’s strong jaws.Clean-up is a breeze with the Snoop toy. I just fill it with warm water and gentle soap, give it a good shake, rinse it out, and let it air dry. No complicated cleaning process or instructions to follow.Overall, I highly recommend the Snoop treat dispenser dog toy. It keeps my pup entertained, mentally stimulated, and encourages slow eating. Plus, it’s easy to clean and made from safe materials. Trust me, your pup will love it too!

This is by far my dog’s favourite slow feeder. It takes her mere seconds to eat same amount of food from a standard bowl, and up to 20 minutes using this toy! Best of all, the irregular shape makes it really fun for my dog to chase around the floor, flicking the ball with feet or nose to get the food fall out, and the rubbery texture means that unlike other similar products this one is not rattling and banging loudly. My dog is bit of a chewer and has remodelled many other similar products, but this one she hasn’t been able to break. Great product!
