Difficult sizing for bully breeds
Needed a life jacket for our staffordshire bull terrier since sheâs getting to be a bit more adventurous on our river days. Based off the size chart, I went with the pink Granby style in an XL. When we fit it on her, everything was perfect except the Velcro flaps were too long and only allowed for about 1/2â of Velcro to connect. Bought the large in the same style, and now the Velcro wonât even get around her chest. Tried the green Dawson style in an XL again and finally found a perfect fit! The two nylon straps instead of the full belly Velcro strap allow for much greater adjustments for her big chest but small waist. The waist portion is still a little loose, but not enough for me to think she could slip out. Excited to get her in the water!

When you pull on the handle the straps around the dog comes loose
No directions. The straps around the dogs belly comes loose once you pull on the handles. A waste of money for a large dog.
