Works SO well
I use this for my bernedoodleâs ears and tail because 1. she hates being brushed and 2. nothing worked to get her mats brushed out without her hating me. Iâve been grooming her myself for about a year now and these are the best tools Iâve found to get through her longer fur and face which gets matted faster than I could keep up with. Super easy to use. Nice grip.

I’m no groomer but this kit is perfect for at home groom care while in between grooming sessions. The first thing I noticed it that it comes with a case, which I love because it makes it super easy to store. The next thing I noticed was the case inside to go over the blade, love that it has safety precautions! It took me a few times to get the hang of what I was doing (I’ve never done this before) but once I found my groove, it was smooth sailing! Both brushes work exactly as promised, got the knots right out of my doodles hair with no issues. The handles are actually very comfortable, like the soft plastic (silicone maybe?) either way, my hand was never achey after using this for an extended amount of time. The durability test is always a big one for me when ordering online but this one passed the test with flying colors – used for an hour & never once second guessed if it’ll last for our next use – I would definitely order again!

Good Value For The Price
Nice set for the price. I only gave it four stars because the comb could be a little sturdier. I have a fidgety doodle who dislikes being groomed, so as I tried to run the comb through part of her unmatted beard, she jerked her head and I could feel the comb give a bit. Thankfully I have a nice set of grooming implements in case the comb doesn’t last. But the dematting brush is a perfect size for my arthritic fingers and working smaller areas and face.

Immediate was caught in a mat and freaked my dog out. Then he’s running around the house in terror with a weird comb stuck in his fur. Once I got him to come to me and calm down, I tried a few strokes to see if it was worth it. It was not. It really doesn’t do anything.
