Promote Health Cat Claws – Cats need a place to claw, and scratching on things helps them shed dead layers from their claws. This cat post for indoor cats promotes healthy cat claws by keeping them sharp and free of any loose layers. It ensures your cat’s claws remain in tip-top shape and ready for action.
Protect Your Furniture – Preserve all your furniture by diverting your cat’s attention from them using the sisal cat scratcher. It’s the right place for your cat to scratch, pull, and tear whenever they wish. Cat’s will scratch and tag on things within the home if they do not have a place to take all their energy.
Gives Your Cat A Good Stretch – The post’s 32” heights make it ideal for cats of all sizes. And unlike other tall scratching posts for indoor cats that topple over easily, ours features a wide sturdy base to keep it in place when cats jump on it. Get it for your kittens and keep it till they are fully grown. The height also helps your pet to stretch its entire body.
Keep Your Cat Happy And Entertained – Our cat scratching post for large cats is the ultimate solution to keeping your furry friends entertained. It’s an exciting playground that comes complete with a hanging softball for utmost playful enjoyment. The perfect way to gift your beloved pets if you love to keep them happy and active.
Interior Decor Piece – Our large cat scratching post carries a unique design that makes it a functional decor piece. It is designed with a square post with woven sisal rope around it, a square base with a strong & resistant carpet with neutral colors that will not clash with your interior decor schemes. Get your cat scratching post!
Customers say
Customers find the pet activity structure easy to assemble with one bolt mounting. It’s tall enough for larger cats to stretch out on, yet small enough to fit into a corner. They appreciate the scratching post, which keeps their cats from scratching furniture and offers two different scratch surfaces. The scratching post looks nice and is cat-friendly. However, some customers feel it’s a poor value for money due to the particle board base being cheap and not having sufficient strength to hold the bolts. There are mixed opinions on the sturdiness of the product.

My kits love it! Bought more.
The scratching post is easy to put together. It looks beautiful! I have 8 kits and they all love it! It helps protect my furniture and it continues to last. I bought two more because the first is a fan favorite amongst my kits.

My Cat loves it!!!
My cat liked the multiple textures to climb on and scratch. She loves the bells on the play-balls. The only complaint I have is that like the first one I bought, there is a potential for the tower to break away from the base. (2) bolts underneath is inadequate support. The first one of a different Pawbee type broke and I was so sad for my feline companion. So⦠i bought some L-brackets in the screws section at Home Depot. I screwed down the tower to the base on the upside of the base and it literally lasted another 6 months!!! Not much elbow grease and cost to maintain.

Good for a single cat
Update: the company did reach out to offer a refund/replacement for the scratch post so I would like to add a star back in the review. I would still hope for a more durable product however with customer service like this then it’s obvious they care about each transaction they make. I would still highly recommend this for a singlw cat or cats who dont use a scratch post more than average.__________________________________________I got this back in April with a single cat who loved it. And eventually got another cat in May.Between the two they used this fairly regularly and since buying it in April it’s already falling apart. The twine is loose and one of the cats ate some but it fortunately was passed safely. Both balls have broken. And yhe shedding from the twine rests at the bottom of the post and all around.Overall it has been great. Sturdy. No smell. Easy to put together aside from a rogue nail sticking out that was hammered back into place.Probably wouldn’t buy again until it’s $30 or below.

Very sturdy, nice looking and the cats love it
This overall was very easy to put together. The only exception to that was the bottom. It folds in half so trying to hold it flat while getting the screw to go through into the hole, holding the post at the bottom and tightening the screw all at the same time was a bit difficult. Once my husband held the bottom piece flat for me, it was together in seconds.I had a scratching post when I first got the cats last year and it was horrible. The carpet shed all over the house, even when not in use. So I was glad to find this had a very tight, indoor/outdoor type carpet which should not shed at all. The top post has sisal rope which the cats love to use their claws on. The bottom has a hanging dingle bell with a hole on each side, not just the front. My two cats love to get on each side and bat the ball back and forth through the two holes. This is tall enough for them to stretch out fully and get a good scratch, which makes them happy. The piece looks nice and blends well with the furniture, which makes me happy. And while big enough to be sturdy, it is small enough to fit into a corner out of the way. Overall, everyone is happy with it. I only wish I had found it earlier.

Actually gets used!
I’ve had this for a long time now and my cats actually use it! The height is definitely a factor, but I got a rounded one that is nearly the same height and the cats don’t like it as much. It’s actually sturdy enough for a full grown cat to want to use. I will buy another when this one wears out!

Nice for picky cats
Cats love it, have a picky cat that doesn’t like a lot of the rope scratching posts but loves the carpet type fabric and the other loves the rope so it’s the best of both worlds

DANGER!! CUT THE BALLS OFF IMMEDIATELY!
This just happened. 🙁 I have the post in a sunroom outside and suddenly I hear one cat screaming from there. I RUN OVER TO FIND THE ELASTIC CORD FOR THE TOP FUZZY BALL WRAPPED TIGHTLY AROUND HER PAW AND SHE IS HANGING THERE LIKE THAT! CAT IS 12″ NOSE TO BUTT. i HAD TO WHIP OUT MY POCKET KNIFE AND CUT THE DAMN CORD TO FREE HER. I’VE SINCE CUT OFF BOTH BALLS. If this had happened at night when I couldn’t hear the screaming I am sure she would have lost the end of her paw. I didn’t get a good look at how the cord managed to wrap tight like that, was too much of a panic. The post seemed good when I got it a week ago and I have it mounted to a much larger, heavier base I use for scratching posts that keeps them from tipping over (made of 2 layers of 3/4″ MDF board, 2.5 ft x 2.5 ft). ANY scratching post only lasts so long, in my experience, because it is being clawed all day! Just have to accept that they have to be replaced every so often. Easy enough with 1 bolt mounting. That bolt is a M8 x 1.25 metric, if the one packed with isn’t long enough and you need longer like I did. Home stores around here only go to 60 mm long, you can get any length at bolt depot on the net So – after all this – the post is actually a keeper with the balls cut off now. It is about 1.5 inches wider in both directions than the old one I had bought at a local pet store a year ago (and the cats destroyed over the course of the year), which is good. Does the job, just get rid of those balls! Maybe the reason more people haven’t reported this is that mine doesn’t tip over with the larger, heavier, base. If the cat had got caught with the base packed with the post I’m certain it would have tipped over, and she at least wouldn’t have been hanging there. BUT that cord is ELASTIC and effectively was acting like a tourniquet. She would have likely still lost the paw even if it had tipped over and nobody was around to free her.

Great!
This is a wonderful scratching post for anybody who has a âfluffy,â cat. This is great because it is pretty good sized, almost 3 feet in height, as well as weighted. This is my second time purchasing this scratching post. My cat loves it.

Fue un éxito total, lo malo es que la alfombra de la que está forrado el poste se cae muy fácil.

I have found this to be stable and functional. I didnât have any trouble putting it together and all parts arrived with no damage or faults. My two cats (aged 9) are using it regularly, even playing with the toy in the hole, which I expected them to ignore. I like the height and sturdiness. The cats are able to push it a bit (my floor is ceramic tile), but it doesnât slide or fall over, I have only noticed it moved about an inch since my original placement months ago. The carpet is getting a bit fuzzy in one spot that is the most repetitively scratched, but it still looks decent and definitely has a long life of usefulness ahead before it may need replacement for cosmetic looks. The rope area still looks brand new. I am glad I bought this one and would recommend it to anyone. My cats took to it immediately and are clearly enjoying it.

Bought the new post 3 weeks ago. Its an additional one from what we have . Our cat is too lazy to venture to another corner to scratch a post, so she scratches anything around her, so we bought a second one and placed it in another corner. Its was easy and straightforward to assemble the pieces. The rope covering which initially seems robust, started to fray and unwind giving a post a worn-out appearance, which is disproportionate to its short time in use. This is especially disappointing as I expected better longevity given the price.I understand that some wear and tear are inevitable with regular use, but that one was too fast ( it looks like our second post which we have 3 years in use ).Updating the rating to 5 stars. Remarkable customer service.
