Great option for back pain.
It’s been a little over a month and I wanted to wait before I write this review. I’m in my 40s and had back pain ever since my 20s. This matress pad has done wonders. I used to wake up every morning in pain because my mattress was too soft. I didn’t want to fork out the cash for a new one so I tried this topper. The firmness, and fit is perfect. After about a week or so…I’m waking up with no pain at all. I still have my days, but it’s no longer due to bad sleep. If your hesitant, don’t be. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this product. Highly recommended.As far as it being cool or cooler, I can’t confirm that I am always usually hot at night regardless but I can say that my quality of sleep is 10x better then before. I even started having dreams again.

Very Firm Support
Great overall product if you want really firm support with just a slight cushiony feel. Appears well-made and no smell to this whatsoever (and I have a sensitive nose). I think it was advertised as medium to Firm support but after sleeping on it for 3 nights, it’s just a tad too firm for my liking. I’m 65 years old, 5′ 5″ 150 pounds and I didn’t sink in to the foam at all. If you like a softer feel and want to sink into the padding, you’ll want something less firm than this one.

Very nice, comfortable
It’s just the right firmness and caution for us. Definitely more comfortable sleeping. I have chemical sensitivities, and noticed a slight odor right out of the packaging. I read that it was possible. I will be honest and say that I could not have slept on it right away. But I aired it out in our guest room with an ionolizing air cleaner running full blast for a few days. It was fine after that. No problems with smells. Again, very comfortable and a good value. We may get another one if they go on sale again.

Life saver
I bought this bed topper because I had been sleeping on a 20-year-old mattress while working overseas. I woke up every morning with back pain, but since using this product, I have had great sleep and no back pain. I even had to cut about 6 inches off since I bought the wrong size, and it held its firmness and didn’t fall apart. Well made!

Good firmness
Bought this topper to try to revive the flimsy mattress in our guest bedroom. The level of firmness is great. Queen size is precise. Really appreciate the soft fabric cover on top, as the memory foam on our master bedroom mattress doesn’t have this cover feature so you feel more of the foam texture. Highly recommend!

Wish it worked for me!
I really enjoyed the way that my 3 inch topper felt it was very firm and perfect for me. It was also very comfortable. I also liked that I could jump on my bed and my bed wouldnât move. The only issue I had is that when I would lay down, it would start to get really hot, and that was my biggest concern when purchasing this item was âis it firmâ and âis it gonna keep me cool at nightâ while it is firm and it felt great on my body because I have a very bad back, it did not cool me whatsoever, even with AC blasting and thin blankets. There was a slight smell but it went away after i let it sit out for a few hours

Not worth it
The mattress is not cooling, and it makes your bed so tall that your normal sheets wonât fit it and it still did not help with my hip pain and then when I wanted to return it, they told me I could, but I had to pack it up thereâs no way to pack this mattress back up once itâs been Opened up. So I guess itâs gonna go to the garbage money wasted

RIDDLED WITH FIBERGLASS!
I’m normally not one to leave reviews, especially ones that are typed out. Thank god I checked this topper over before leaving it out to puff up. I’ve heard through social media that some mattresses have fiberglass in them (they never should), and it made me look closer after unboxing it.The cover is GLITTERING with fiberglass. I pressed my hands down into the topper, and almost immediately could feel it cutting my skin. My forearms are crazy itchy, too, because of having to fold it back up and putting it into a larger box. If I hadn’t caught it when I did, my visiting in-laws would’ve dealt with the worst of it. Not to mention our two cats running around the apartment and likely laying on it while it was left out to air.Since we rent our apartment, it would’ve been a nightmare to abate for the fiberglass. You practically have to strip everything down to the studs and start over. We’re so disappointed, as the reviews were incredibly positive. I never in a million years thought that this would happen.PERLECARE needs to step up their quality control and triple check their products coming from their manufacturers. This is incredibly dangerous!!
