Huge, soft and very absorbent
This is a huge, thick chenille drying towel that doubles as a large bath mat. If you have a big dog who loves water, you need this. It’s ridiculously big, and you can put your hands in the pockets and rub it over your whole dog, even if your dog is 100 pounds. It’s super absorbent, even for a long-haired dog. My dogs swim, and this is big enough to dry off both of them post pool time, but it would also be great after bath time. While it works beautifully as a drying towel, you can also put it on the floor of your bathroom to absorb water after dog baths, or you could put it by the door to the yard to absorb dirt, dust, mud and/or snow or water from wet paws. It comes with a mat that you put on the ground underneath it to keep from slipping, and the under mat has a bit of a funky smell, but hopefully it will dissipate quickly. I don’t see an easy way to secure the under mat — you can tuck it into the pockets, but it’s not like you can velcro it closed or anything, so you’re more just laying it on top of the under mat, which I don’t love. I’m primarily using it as a super thick drying towel after swim time, so I’m less worried about the mat properties. If I were buying it primarily as a mat, I think I’d want it all in one piece, but this way you have the flexibility to use it either way. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it’s huge, far bigger than any towel I have, and it does the work of several towels so I only need to bring this when I take my dogs swimming. The only real downside is that, while it’s machine washable, the super absorbent thing means my machine doesn’t wring it out that well, so it unbalances my washing machine and then takes a long time to dry. It actually dries fairly quickly in the sun, though. If you have a really big dog who’s a swimmer, I would highly recommend this. Your dog will love it (even if your dryer doesn’t!)

Perfect Drying for Wet Dog
This is so impressed, I will buy another one for my friends who have hairy dogs. It is soft and super absorbent that makes saving time for drying. My big 4 legger loves this, and she dries her wet body by herself. Even though our big 4 legger rubbed her body on the mat, it isn’t slipped. It is the perfect item for drying after shower or dog-walking on rainy days.

Soft and fluffy
This 2 in 1 dog towel and mat is nice and soft. it absorbs the water well from our dogs and cats paws on rainy days. I like how there are pockets to put my hands in while drying off my pets. The mat also comes with a rubber under mat to keep it in place. I t would be great for keeping the mat in place if the mat actually stayed on it. The mat keeps coming off of it and doesn’t stay in place. It’s basically worthless in my opinion. Another concern of mine with this mat is that a piece is starting to unravel on one edge after only a few weeks of use. It hasn’t unraveled any further, but it’s a concern when I wash this mat, and for the longevity of it. The mat is working for now, and I will use it on rainy days for now.

The most practical dog bath towel
This is exactly the product I was looking for, and since it features the same breed of dog as my own on the large-sized model, I was even more eager to buy it. The towel is incredibly large, which makes it perfect for thoroughly drying my dog after a bath. The two pockets are also super convenient because I can slip my hands in to dry them off more easily. Plus, dogs tend to rub themselves against towels or mats after a bath, and this product handles that perfectly.Of course, if you have a larger, stronger dog, the non-slip mat underneath can sometimes shift a little, but it’s easy to fix quickly while keeping an eye on your dog. Once adjusted, they can rub themselves against it just fine. Thanks to this, I hardly need a blow dryer anymore. On top of that, it’s really easy to wash in the washing machine, making it super convenient. Overall, I’ve been using this product happily and would highly recommend it to others!
