Customers say
Customers have issues with the food storage container’s assembly, sturdiness, and rollability. They mention that the metal pieces are misformed, the directions don’t match, and it lacks sufficient guides to keep cans from tilting. Many also mention that the cans frequently get stuck as they try to drop from the top row to the front. There are mixed opinions on size, functionality, quality, and value for money.

Needs better sides. Cans get stuck.
Great idea but the cans get stuck in the wire sides. Too many gaps to catch the cans.

can size matters, not so easy to assemble
i really need a more useful can dispenser. the description for this one does mention holding 5.5 oz cans but I hoped it would work with smaller cans. It really doesn’t. The cans all jam when they drop from top level to bottom. I had some 5 oz tuna cans in the pantry so I tried a bunch of them. They jammed, too. The description needs to be emphatic about the size can that can be used in this dispensesr. Also, the description should not be so confident about the ease of assembly. This product is frustrating to me and I will replace it as soon as I can find something more suitable.

The absolute worst!
Do not waste your time purchasing this rack, you will just end up having to return it. Itâs incredibly difficult to put together, primarily because the metal pieces are misformed and donât line up like theyâre supposed to. The instructions referred to things by alphabet, but the pieces are labeled with colors, not letters. Even after trying to reshape it, cans roll down, but donât drop through or they donât roll down the rack at all. Very flimsy very cheap construction.

Mine came a bit bent.
Other than the small bent that it came with. I do like this product. Works great. Not good for smaller cans though.

Cans do not roll down levels
I wanted to rave about this product, because it is compact, allows for storage of a lot of cans of food, and should make display easy. It was not all that easy to assemble (my husband the builder put it together and he struggled with it more than he expected to). It only accomodates one size of can – I thought it could do more, but maybe only those tiny mini cans and a regular can are what it can accomodate. But worst of all, the rack is supposed to allow the upper tiers to flow to the below. 100% of the time the can dropping down tries to fall off the rack and has to be manually rescued – and that jams up the bottom tier. Not worth the pain of returning it at this point, but I am disappointed.

A little difficult to assemble, but be patient
The can holder is a tight put-together, but well made and worth the effort. The instructions are clear, it just seems to not fit until you align it just right! Like the product very much.

Serves its purpose
So, I hate when something like this is smarter than me!! ð I got it put together to a certain point â with the only indication of how you put it together was little pieces of colored tape on the loose pieces â I assumed to guide you in which piece goes on which end. Needless to say, after trying to get the two outer pieces to lock in without success, I got frustrated and left it on my countertop. When my house cleaner came to clean the next day I showed it to her and told her I was stuck. Well, ð she finished assembling it in seconds!! Itâs not the most stable thing, but once you get your cans all loaded on, it works great. I just wish the downward angle was a bit steeper or something so the cans automatically shifted on their own as one is taken from a row. I definitely recommend this if you cannot find one a tad more sturdy and already put together. I think this idea would be great using wood dowels instead of metal, but thatâs just a thought.

Poor design
The cans get caught in the rack. They do NOT roll down to the lower level. Product is defective.

It’s ok, doesn’t do well with small (kitten sized cans). My rack is a bit warped and wobbly. Not terrible, but not great either.
Olivia –
Both shelves arrived warped in the box, and the side walls have a weak point where they were soldered together, which snapped clean in half when I tried to assemble the rack. I really like the concept and it’s a shame no one else seems to be selling anything quite like it.

Donât but it. Itâs warped, and uneven.More trouble than itâs worth ð¡
Amazon Customer –
Metal dividers broke soon after purchase- the solder broke loose. Other than that itâs a good product, but overpriced for the quality.
