Pleasantly Surprised
I was a little worried based on some of the reviews that we would run into issues but this camera has worked perfectly! It allowed us to talk to the cats and give them treats while we were away on vacation and gave us peace of mind when the cat sitter was away. Everything about it worked great, the set up was easy! The only thing is it used to take videos of motion detection but that stopped working after 1 day.

I like this product. It makes working from home a little easier when I canât leave a meeting to get my little guy a treat. The camera is helpful for when I leave the house. I can check in on him to see what heâs doing. This is a very good product. The only con is that the connection to the device can get lost which means no treats and video. You will need to manually reset the device and reconnect to the phone app.

Buyer Beware
Iâm on item number 2 in just over a year.Please be cautious when purchasing this product!The first product Iâve had lasted me maybe six months it started having connectivity issues. Customerservice wanted to argue with me and treat me like a child. Iâm an IT and networking professional so I do have knowledge of what Iâm doing. This item will not stay connected and then it finally completely broke.Customer service said that itâs warranty for a year they would send me another one.In order to get that replacement, I basically had to fight and argue with them for about two months before I received the replacement.Fast-forward here it is about another six months later after receiving the replacement having the same connectivity issues it will not stay connected. Nothing has changed in my household other than this device stop staying connected last a week or two loses connections. Obviously they know this is a problem because they have Explanations on how to fix this and their question and answer section.I emailed the company directly instead of going through Amazon because that didnât farewell the first time after several weeks of corresponding back-and-forth, the company said they are sorry that this product just did not work out for me. They will issue me a full refund contact them through Amazon.Now that I am contacting them through Amazon, they are denying me a refund. Iâm supposed to just be happy having two different products that neither one works and taking a discount on another product.Why on earth does this company think anybody after having two items that are defective would want to spend money on third even at a discounted price. This is just absurd!Buy at your own risk if you value your hard earned money, look elsewhere

We have had a Wopet treat dispenser for years and truly loved it, though started having frequent connectivity issues with each wifi upgrade. We switched to this model for better connectivity and couldn’t be happier…this one gets 10 Paws up from our household! It holds a surprising amount of treats for how compact it is, very easy to set up and connect, and the field of view is superior to the Wopet. Daytime pictures are equal, though night vision is very slightly inferior. The spray pattern of treats is FAR superior to the Wopet, making it harder for one cat to block/hog all the treats. We absolutely love this and will probably end up getting another one for a different part of the house! ðð

The best cat feeder camera!
I can interact with my pets when I am away! This camera feeder works perfectly for me. I can call them to the machine when I want to see them. All of the cats have responded to me when I called them by name. My recorded message alerts them the treats are coming. They have learned to stay back until the launched treats have landed. Several small treats come out so I can make sure they are not hungry. A lot of space. I use a large bag of Temptations indoor to fill it up. This is exactly what I need when I visit places on the weekend.
