Contents of one bottle were empty due to the lid being loose. The liquid leaked out and damaged the box as well. I was unable to complete a return or request item be replaced

I love this stuff! had on auto ship for every month but it keeps arriving broken and leaking so I had to stop. tried to order it on it’s own and it STILL was broken and undeliverable.
