Away from Leaks: √ keep the water clean √ make sure no hair or fur is attached to the steel ball √ no grease stain √ no small articles on the ball.
How to clean: Apply a few drops of detergent to the bottle. Grab the two ends of it and shake for seconds. Pour out the liquid, fill it with water and rinse. DO NOT NAKE TAP-WATER RUN RIGHT TOWARDS THE OUTLET(the steel ball) in case of possible displacement of the valve inside.
Customers say
Customers like the ease of refilling and functionality of the product. They mention it works great even for adult rabbits and is very productive. Customers are also happy with the build quality. However, some customers have reported that the water retention is poor and the value for money is disappointing. Opinions differ on leakage, ease of installation, and size.

Incredible Performance
I’ve been trying to find a decent water bottle for my Guinea Pig for over a year. Then I finally purchased this one. It was unreal. Speedy my Guinea Pig tried it out and now he’s drinking water and just loving it. And this bottle does not drip any water. I highly recommend this product. Whoever designed this thing is an awesome engineer.I highly recommend this brand.

Great Water Bottle
I have tried several bottles for our guinea pig but this one is the best! No spring straps to deal with, bottle stays in place, it does not leak, fully adjustable, and easy to refill. Wish I found this one sooner.

This product drips
It claims to be a no drip water bottle but I have been using it for several months now and it soaks the cage because it drips no matter what position I put it in

Love it!!
I have four girlie rats. I have two “glass bottle” water feeders, so I thought I would give this one a twirl. I love it! I bought the orange in the 17 oz. I added a 2nd addition to my single Critter Nation so I knew I was going to be in the market for additional items. I especially like that I can refill from the top. My arthritis is getting worse in both hands so I appreciate anything that makes the job easier. I bought my first two girls in January ( I was 65…go figure…lol) so I’m still on the learning curve. My only issue, and it’s not the vendor’s fault, is that even though with this being the smaller size of the two, I could not get it to fit onto the right side of the crates where they are split by a half shelf. My goal was to place this new one on the upper new unit, on the right side, but it would not fit. Hence, I had to switch to the left side. I provided two pics for you to see. I suppose I’ll have to get another glass bottle to go on the upper unit/ right side. IF these were constructed so that the bottle was meant to be placed on the outside, then perhaps there would be no issue. My little gripe aside, it’s a great bottle and I couldn’t wait to put it up!!

Slight drip
I really like the idea of this water bottle and how it fits on my guinea pig cages, but it does have a slight drip leak. I use fleece bedding so drips onto fabric, but can see how this wouldn’t work if fleece wasn’t used. They are very secure on the cage even with vertical cage bars. Love how you can refill it without removing from the holder. All that said, I did buy 3 of these. I especially like the size as it holds a good amount of water.

Leaks
Bought a 2 pack almost 3 months ago and both of them are already leaking. I like the concept of being able to pull the bottle out of the holder and refill it without unscrewing the bottom, but very disappointed that both of them are leaking.

Roller ball doesnât spin
The overall design is what I was looking for. Easy to remove the water bottle to refill. However the lowest roller ball doesnât move and my piggies couldnât get enough water to flow. I understand the fit should be snug in order to prevent leaking which so many others do, but this is just a bit too snug. Great concept just not quite right. Unfortunately I will be returning it.

Our guinea enclosure is made of plexiglass with holes surrounding. Most styles of water bottle don’t work or need to be rigged to hang on the walls. On top of that, others we’ve had leaked badly. This is the first we found that could mount through the plexiglass AND doesn’t leak. Very happy so far!

Have used basic versions before and while this does cost more, it’s far more convenient to remove and replace, it doesn’t leak like the basic ones either. Worth the extra cost in my opinion, feels like it’s going to last.
