great company to buy this from
It worked for about 3 months, then the shock mode went out. On Amazon it said that they had a one year warranty/ Contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement receiver. After getting it I hooked it up and now I had two receivers with no shock mode. Contacted them again and they immediately sent me a new remote for it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone as it works as it says

    Great product!
This was exactly what we were looking for. It has different settings to select for different degrees of training and obedience. Quality product that is waterproof and durable. Long battery life. Highly recommend!

    Reliability
These works very well with my 2 Anatolian. Shepherds. After about a year or so, the remote quit working, I ordered a separate remote and it would never sink with the 2 that I had and I called them back about that and they never said anything about replacing it. They just said sorry We couldn’t help you period is so as much as I’d like to get another one. I’m not sure I would if that’s gonna be the case. But I do like the product.Just not real pleased with how they handle their returns or technical problems. I need to get another one just 1 dog, i’m just not sure if I want to use this company again. I’ll think about it and make a decision in a day or so.

This is our third one. They last about 9 months with daily use . This helped us to really help train and socialize a dog. She best responds to the noise but if she snaps at grandbabies she gets a shock. We inherited a dog who had never been trained and had no house manners. It has been 3 yrs and now we have a pet rather than a wild one. I wish we had gotten it sooner but I thought it was mean but In really ty letting her live wild was mean. This has a sound, vibration and 2 levels of shock and is easy to use . The battery lasts thru the day until we get to about 7 mos but our dog wears it daily all day though rarely we have to “use” but just in case we are ready. She is a runner so one of the reasons we got it was if she got out so we could get her to stop and come back when called.

    Works Great… but.
I bought this to help train my 18mth old Australian Cattle dog mix. It does work as intended, and excellent range…. however.CONS:- Due to having buttons and controls on both sides and front, this sets the User up for accidental misfires. Yes, the lock feature prevents unwanted actions as long as it locked and your dog IS performing as expected. BUT you want this because your dog’s behavior is subpar, so you’re going to have the Remote safety lock off a good majority of time.So here’s my regular scenario: Training my dog I have treats in my Right pocket, I may have his Slip Lead draped over my neck, with Poop Bag dispenser and I may be throwing a ball to work on his recall. So, as you know there’s a lot going on here.I switch the Safety Lock off on the Left side, then I press the Intensity Button on the Right to verify I have it set in a Low Position. After throwing the ball I interact with my dog giving him commands, then I wait to see him either Recall or bolt off to who knows where.Meantime my fingers have increased the Intensity unintentionally because my hand is gripping the Remote. Dog then Recalls quickly without a Buzz or Shock , so I switch hands quickly with Remote so I can grab a treat. Dog returns, sits, he gets a treat and I bend over to give him Positive Reinforcement and BAM!!! I accidentally hit the Shock and the dog jumps 4 feet, YELPS, somersaults, lands on all fours, tucks his tail deep and cowers between my legs.He has NO idea what just happened, nor why or what he did wrong. This has happened three times, each time it took lots of attention to settle him down. For this reason I am returning the device for a different model.- The Dark Plastic Cover/Lens of the Receiver is very cool and modern looking, but after first use it came back scratched up and not looking so cool anymore.- Does not include a 5v 2a Wall ChargerPROS:- Super-fast charging-After several uses Prongs remain tight, tip covers haven’t fallen off.- Collar is typical nylon weave with sturdy plastic, Click-in clasp and easily adjustable.- Very light, my Aussie doesn’t notice it… even after three accidental Shocks.- Included Charging Cord allows for simultaneous charging of both Transmitter and Receiver.- Second day at Dog Park my Aussie returned with COME command 7 out of 10 times.- Third day at Dog Park he returned on COME command 100% of time over 45 min period. As I said it works great and as intended, however the Button layout on the Transmitter is a setup for failure IMO.I am returning for a model that has a Transmitter that resembles a small Walkie Talkie. The Reostat Intenisity Knob sits on top near antenna. All other buttons, including Lock are on the front of Transmitter. I believe this is a far better design and layout. But that’s MHO.

A great value training tool if you use it properly. Both my Danes walk perfectly to heal with leashes after 4 weeks of using and training both myself and my pups in how to use this.Great distance training with stay and return commends being supported as I put distance between myself and the dogs. Even to support focus and concentration just using the beep works superbly.Love these collars and what its done to better enjoy our walks our training and our fun together.

This was an excellent system. It helped us manage the rabbits, coyotes & other dangers that our dog was persistent to pursue. It was simple to charge and it seemed to hold the charge for a good length of time. Unfortunately it has stopped working without warning this week. We originally purchased @ end of June, 2022. (11 months)Update: Since writing this review, I reached out directly to PetSpy. In less than 12hrs they responded back with a list of things I could try to trouble shoot the problem. Unfortunately nothing worked; but without hesitation, they fully replaced the collar system. Amazing customer service!!!

It works well with vibrate and beep but not for shock. I’d buy it again as I only use the first two right now.

Both units have been charged repeatedly and neither of them stay on. If I want these to be useful, I have to go turn them on manually every few hours. They turn on and work, so it doesn’t seem to be a battery issue. I use them on my guardian dogs to manage barking with the tone. It’s not helpful that I can’t tell when they stop working, and it’s frustrating to be correcting the dogs, but they aren’t getting the tone notification.
