Excellent grooming aide with round and smooth tines
An excellent pet comb. The times are well spaced and very sturdy. The times and backbone are round and very shiny. They feel and perform like nickel or chrome plated steel. It is more than I expected.I have a 10 pound âYorkie-Pooâ (cross between Yorkie and Poodle) whose coat is very dense and somewhat curly. It must be groomed professionally every 4-5 weeks. Between groomings, I use this comb to keep the tangles out. It smooths his coat with less trouble or aggravation than any other comb I have ever used. I think the round and very smooth times are the reason. It made such a difference that my Rusty comes easily to his combings and is much more cooperative than with any previous dry grooming tool I have used. I have had poodles for most of the last 40 years, so I have tried a lot!I even use it on my head and very curly goatee beard. It does its job easier and better than other tools Iâve used on me.I heartily recommend this tool they will last a lifetime or longer.

Life-changing for poodle owners!
I have two standard poodles and I truly donât know how I ever successfully brushed my dogs without this magical comb. Itâs very sturdy and does an excellent job of combing through tangles, smoothing unruly fluff, and also is perfect for making straight lines (I use it when making small pigtails for my female spoo to keep hair out of her eyes). Absolutely worth every cent!! It cuts down on brushing time by at least half and it seems to be very gentle. My dogs love being brushed now and even my puppy doesnât resist!

Works great for brushing my cavapoo
I got this brush to help brush out my cavapooâs curly coat. It works really well in unison with a slicker brush. My dog doesnât seem to mind the brush and itâs gentle on her fur. Great for curly haired dogs!

I just bought this comb for my long haired Siberian Forest cats based on reading all the recommendations in Facebook groups that Iâve been reading for the past four or five years. My groomer also recommended this comb. I just couldnât wrap my head around the idea that this comb could possibly work better than a Furminator (which is NOT recommended for use on cats because it tears their coats and hurts their sensitive skin) with its relatively wide set, rounded tines. Iâve been using it for a few weeks and can confirm that it works better than anything I have ever used! Better than a Furminator, WAAAAAAY better than a slicker brush, way-way-WAY better than the mitts. To use, I hold their hair back against the direction of growth and comb out small sections at a time in the direction of hair growth. We do a little bit 5-10 minutes a day during shedding season (spring and fall) and they look and feel so great. The best part is that it doesnât hurt their thin, sensitive skin and they enjoy their short grooming sessions pain free!It doesnât make sense that this inexpensive little metal comb could make any sort of difference in getting undercoat out, but it works like a charm!

I absolutely love this!! I bought this after watching a groomerâs video on what kind of brush you should use on a long hair cat. My cat didnât love it at first but she did by the end! I had to distract her with another brush to make it work. The comb is sturdy and awesome. You do have to be gentle, especially around the sensitive areas.The hair is a bit hard to get off at the end, but just pull and it will go off. Got another whole cat off my Maine coone. Took a while though. And made her pretty fluffy.
