Well made. It can be tuned!
I bought this for recall training cockatiels.I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pitch can be tuned, justifying the price.This will allow for it to be used indoors as the pitch also affects volume a bit.

Easy to use, easy to change pitch
This is a compact, very well-built whistle that will probably be the last one I ever need to buy. The pitch can be adjusted, the pigeons respond, and it is easy to keep it in a pocket or wear it around the neck. I appreciate the cover so that I never worry about what has gotten on the mouth part. 5 star.
