Perfect length for tall dogs
Iâm working with a dog trainer and need my GD to be on leash on the home during the day on occasion. This is the perfect length. It doesnât get stuck as he walks/gets on things and allows me to have control when needed. Good quality for sure. Glad I found this.

Got stuck.
This is exactly like the picture and works like it is supposed to. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism was like super stuck. I had to use pliers to unlock it. This also scratched up the paint so I had to fix the paint after finally getting it to unlock. It works good now but I thought I was going to have to return it because it really wasnât budging. It works good now. Good length for my standard golden doodle I use this when he is in the service vest. Looks nice and very comfortable handle.

I have a very strong 65lb dog, I bought a leash with a handle a little up from the clip but it just was too high still. I love this one. You can secure the clip so it cannot unclip by accident. I honestly use this more than the leash at training her to stay by my side when walking. It has held up strong and good quality. Highly suggest this!

Heavy duty, durable, perfect to keep dog close
High quality short handle attachment for dog collar. Locking connector keeps it securely attached to the collar. Reflective thread is an extra added touch that allows you to be seen by oncoming cars at night. I have cut down leashes and tied them to my dogâs collars for several years so I had secure handle to keep them close, this handle is a great alternative to that. I can easily get a hand into this leash, hold tightly and be sure, due to its heavy duty construction, that my dogs will be close by my side. My only regret is that I didnât find/buy these sooner.

I bought this to add to a specific dog leash (the kurgo quantum – it’s a waist wrap around leash that has lots of places to add hooks/carbiners) and I’m using it as a second handle so that I can use both my body weight (with the leash wrapped around) and my arm with this second handle attached further down on th eleash, to stop our very large 70lb 10-month old bernedoodle puppy from lunging at squirrels and trying to chase when on walks. So far it’s been a real game-changer. It’s soft and doesn’t hurt my hand, and with this double set-up, I no longer have to stress just my arm when the puppy bolts. The carabiner element is quite sturdy.

I purchased the 25cm version and will definitely be buying the slightly longer version too.I have a collie X lab that is a real puller. She is very excitable and this short lead has already helped to give me a bit more control when crossing the road and on narrow paths. I almost always walk her with a lead that goes around the waist, but this means it can be hard to rein her in quickly and safely when needs be. It also seems sturdier than alternative comparable products I have seen for sale, and the carabiner clasp is very strong. I really like this product so far!Note that the shorter version of this product is definitely more of a handle than a lead; itâs great for short bursts but if you want a lead to use for a longer walk, the longer version is perhaps more appropriate. Also worth noting that this 28cm version is too short for my partner, who is much taller than I, to reach when itâs attached to her harness. So, if you are taller or your dog is lower to the ground, Iâd recommend getting the longer version.

Got this for when I need to keep my fluffy guy close and it’s so nice, it feels comfortable to grip and the 10 inch length works so well with his height in comparison to mine! Locking mechanism has been a nice security measure too as I’ve lost other handles before on walks. Bright orange color is perfect for visibility and obviously matches the long lead I have for him.
