Nice, soft harness that fits well and looks like it will last a long time!
My dog has collapsing trachea, so he needs a harness because he can’t wear a collar. This step-in harness doesn’t require me to press on his neck while fastening it like most harnesses do. It’s also soft, not rigid, and it can be adjusted so that the front part is on his chest, instead of his throat. The dark green is a nice color. It’s easy to adjust the size, as it has metal sliders, instead of the hard plastic that most harnesses have. The part on the back where you attach the leash has leather-look material that should add strength, and double rings where the leash attaches that should also hold the harness together should the plastic closure clip ever break while walking the dog. For those who have dogs that are strong pullers, this is a great safety feature. All of the stitching is well-done and looks like it will hold up. I ordered the size according to my dog’s measurements, and it runs true to size. The price is rather high, and I didn’t need the leash, so it would’ve been nice to have the option to buy just the harness at a lower price. Other than that, I highly recommend it! A nice design change would be a leash ring on the front, instead of the dinky bow tie. For dogs that pull, a front lead works so much better. A front ring would also provide a place for the dog’s tags. The bow tie is cute though if you have a small dog. For those who give one-star reviews because their dog chewed through it, that’s irrelevant to the quality of this harness. However, I will say in their defense that it’s fairly easy for the dog to get the harness in their mouth while wearing it if it isn’t adjusted correctly. I’ve been able to adjust it so it fits my dog snugly, and it doesn’t rub anywhere. He doesn’t mind wearing it. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my Shih Tzu puppy. The puppy is now grown, and I’ve been able to adjust it so that it still fits him. It’s lasted well and still looks like new even though he wears it all the time. It launders well, too. I throw it in the washing machine on gentle cycle with cold water, and then let it air dry.

So easy to put on & so cute.
We bought this for our new 2 lb puppy. We couldn’t find anything that would fit her except a halter with Velcro which got her fur caught in it & pulled her hair out when we took it off of her but this halter works great. It’s adjustable but is still a little big on her but she will grow into it. Easy to snap & no pulling on her hair. It’s very soft & so cute.

Looks nice but sinch is not secure
This is a beautiful harness and looks lovely on my blonde, long hair shih tzu (I got it in tan/pearl). I will say I’ve been looking for something that doesn’t make her hair matt up and this isn’t it, but that’s really not a flaw of the product because I’m looking for something that probably doesn’t exist. Beauty is pain!My main issue with the harness is that the straps loosen up during use. I have to re-tighten every time I put the harness on, to be sure. My dog is young and exciteable so she pulls a bit and it makes me pretty nervous that she’s going to slip out one day as the suede wears down more. However, SHE HASN’T! And it is overall a nice harness. I may end up punching a metal bolt in to keep it sized.I have barely used the leash because it’s a bit short and delicate for walks or for letting it drag on the ground as I do with my dog in my un fenced yard. I use an old ratty one for that! But it is a beautiful set and I use the leash when we go out to socialize or on restaurant patios etc and want her to look her best but will mostly be carrying her or letting her off leash.

Good for occasional use
I love how cute this harness is. It is also so easy to get on my puppy since you don’t have to go over his head.However, he was right at the small end for the small but he is a puppy so I thought I’d go with the small anyway. It is a bit too big plus the strap adjustment slips so you have to readjust it often. He is able to back out of it if he is trying. Luckily he has only done it once and doesn’t seem inclined to try it again.I am disappointed in the quality. We have only had it a week and a half and it is already showing lots of wear and tear. It had a bow tie on it that was adorable, but my puppy was able to chew on it while wearing it and rip it out. Luckily I was right there to get it out of his mouth. I plan to buy a new harness, fix the bow on this one and only use it when I want my puppy to look cute for pictures. Otherwise it won’t last much longer.
