A great gift idea
I originally bought this for my mother in law for mother’s day. She loves sitting outside with her morning coffee to watch the birds. I actually ended up falling in love with it and keeping it for myself. It is so easy to use. It only took a couple of minutes to connect it to the app and now I get notifications for every little bird visitor that stops by. It has never failed to identify the type of bird and the kids really enjoy looking them up to learn more about the species. It takes still pictures within the app or you can add a sd card if you want. The bird feeder itself is super cute and holds quite a bit of food. It has an attached perch for the birds to rest on while they nibble away at the bird seed.

Needs bracing but gets the job done
Picked up one of those camera bird feeders and after experiment with locations determined the best spot didn’t have a nearby fence or tree to install it. Thought I would give this a try. Pros: Bird feeder fits easily and securely. Perfect height. Pole is well machined and fits together well. Cons: The tines could be a little a little longer for more stability. Also, the pole itself has a tendency to sway in the breeze so if it was larger/more robust it may be a little stiller. Impact: When a breeze comes up, the poor birdies look around and sort of give a “whoa!” reaction, as if they are going to get seasick, then take off. Solution: Ended up using three stakes and cord to brace the pole right under the feeder. Mission accomplished. Manufacturer might offer that as an option, though that would imply to a prospective buyer that the product isn;t the best out of the box. Anyway, with a little jury rigging, it meets expectations.

I love seeing the amazing bird pictures on my phone. Listening to the birds, sharing the beautiful pictures with my family and no worries there is a squirrel siren to chase them away. The camera quality is great. Easy to set up and has a solar panel for charging and battery life.

Flimsy thin unstable
This this is not usable for my purpose I have a camera bird feeder and this thing doesn’t cut it, just too thin and wobbles like crazy, I was afraid it would fall over and damage the bird house.

Not Terribly Sturdy
I have one of the Smart birdfeeders that they show in their description pictures, and it does not fit on this pole at all. Thereâs no way to attach the platform holder part to the birdfeeder like they show it and Iâve had to rig the birdfeeder so that it attaches to that part. Iâve also had to weigh down the parts that go into the ground as it is not a very heavy duty pole that stands up to a smart birdfeeder with seed in it. It wants to lean forward, even though the prongs are fully pushed into the ground. I would make sure that you Know whether this is going to fit your smart birdfeeder if that is what youâre buying it for. If youâre buying it for a wooden feeder that might be different since you can screw the platform into the bottom or backside of one of those kinds of feeders, a little disappointed because , as I said, I have one of the exact birdfeeders that is featured in their pictures, and it did not fit the way it was described as fitting.

Nice birdhouse
I wanted a self standing birdhouse for my yard. This was exactly as it states. The only slight issue I had was the metal pole. It is sturdy but I wish it was just a bit thicker. I have had squirrels on the birdhouse and it doesnât fall down but it does move a bit. I would buy it again
