Excellent Build Quality

Extremely disappointed
I decided to purchase this harness after having issues with a different one from another company. The plastic clips on the harness kept popping open at the slightest pull by my dog.So I researched and decide on this one because of the metal clips. However, On the second day of using this harness in the middle of a training session the metal loop at the top on the harness used to attach the leash to came right off. While the metal clips used to keep the harness on the dog is great it doesnât mean much if part that attaches to the leash easily rips off. Thankfully, my dog is very friendly and poses no threat to people or other dogs. However, she is a hyper husky with a very strong instinct to hunt and I spent the next 40 mins getting her back on a leash as she kept chasing rabbits and squirrels. This could have ended in disaster if my dog had run into traffic due to the faulty harness.

Do not use with a tie out
Fabric that keeps the metal back ring attached ripped off. I do not recommend use with a tie out. Decent harness well fitted.

Heavy duty and fits the schnauzer well
Ive got a schnauzer that is known to slip out of harnesses because they bother him. This one is large enough and more vest-like that it doesn’t bother him as much. The adjustable straps lock it into place. I think because it is more like a vest that my dog doesn’t seem to be bothered with it and the handle really stops any forward motion when he gets riled up. Its a high quality vest that i don’t see ever snapping and i like that it came with patches to tell people not to touch him. Worth picking up if you have a dog that doesn’t like those strap style harnesses.

Could’ve been great
I got this for my medium size dog. The back buckles adjust well and the overall fit is nice. However, the front was way too loose. Upon adjusting it, it never stays in the front. I have adjusted it several times and it always goes back to loosening and sagging.

Nice and Sturdy
This was a nice vest for my Duchessina she was comfortable and was able to move around without it coming off. My husband liked it was strong and sturdy to grip so she would not easily remove it from her body. She chewed through the last one we got her but this one was stronger, sturdier and easy to flow with for her. I give this Five star review because it fulfilled its purpose with her when we go on walks with a leash.
