I bought four. It’s the perfect size to hold a large box of cereal, oats, grits, rice, etc. Air-tight seal; Rubbermaid durability; great grip area; easy to label. Looks good in the pantry.

No reason to buy the more expensive options
I’m very happy with the quality and size of this container.I bought it as a middle step holder of cat food, meaning that I transfer/pour cat food out of a 25lb bag into this container and then use this as the primary source of filling their individual bowls rather than tackling that huge bag on a daily basis. (6 cats btw)After much research on similar containers and brands – including other Rubbermaid, this was the best choice of all. I almost bought the crystal clear glass-like $19.99 container until I learned that it develops micro fractures over time, then eventually cracks into pieces. There is also a $9.99 choice but that one simply doesn’t hold as much.Great choice, reasonable price, problem solved. Get one for yourself!

Keep your cereal fresh with Rubbermaid
This Rubbermaid container the perfect size for those big boxes of cereal! They seal tight to keep fresh and has a pour spout lid. The best part is the grip sides making the container easy to pick up and easy to pour! They keep my pantry organized and looking clean. The quality is excellent and I will be buying more.

Rubbermaid Premium Modular Food Lids: FANTASTIC PRODUCT! Well made! Perfect for storing cereal. Very sturdy. Odor free. Smooth surface. The pour spout on top is perfect size. The backside has indention for hands to handle easily. Cereal is visible to know when to reorder. Excellent alternative if one has arthritis because the lids are easy to attach. There are no side flaps to clamp down for closure and perhaps crack or break off. LUV LUV LUV this product! RUBBERMAID! ENOUGH SAID! Another FANTSTIC FIND! Thank you-D

Sturdy, opening is small.
I generally like Rubbermaid products. This cereal container is sturdy, easy for an adult to hold. It seals nicely yet is easy to open. It lets me store one box of cereal to keep it fresh. I like to mix cereals and add walnuts. There is a little room for that. On the negative side , the oval shape takes up more shelf space than needed, and my flake cereal gets a bit clogged in the spout opening. Maybe that is to avoid pouring too much cereal, especially the rounded type found in many kid cereals.

I love these.
I was so happy to discover these containers, in which I store anything and everything from store bought crackers (in original packaging) to bags of sugar, flour, etc.They’re nice and roomy, and line up very well in my cabinets. I much prefer them to the squarer cereal containers from this brand. The Flex and Seal are more versatile in terms of what can fit inside. Also, opening and closing them is easier on my slightly arthritic hands ( although lids are very tight). The price has unfortunately gone up since I initially purchased them, but I continue to add more as needed. They’re just so useful and practical.

Rubbermaid Plastic Cereal Container
It’s always nice to have fresh, crisp cereal. Once you store it in this Rubbermail cereal container, you’re good to go and will always have fresh cereal. Holds more than a Family Size box of cereal. Love it!

This is one of the best cereal keepers that I have purchased. It holds a large box of cereal and the cereal keeper easily fits in kitchen lazy-Sudan. I was happy to find it and knew this was the one I definitely wanted to purchase.

Son muy resistentes, sellan muy bien y dejan el cereal fresco para cuando se requiera, cierran a presion por lo que si el cereal se hace blando es por que no esta bien cerrado de la tapa completa y de la tapa con la que se sirve, super recomendables, punto interesante, cabe perfectamente una caja grande de cereal de super en un contenedor (mas o menos 800 grs), si quieren usarla para una caja de cereal del Sams o de Costco (de mas de 1kg), no va a caber todo.

are you serious that i just bought this and when pouring the lid doesnât stay open properly – when i try for replacement or return iâm not allowedfinally got onto amazon chat and they fixed it by refunding immediately and let me keep the container without having to send back, so well happy with that but it was a lot of work when constantly going in circles saying not a refund or replacement itemRubbermaid – please let us know before ordering anything thatâs going to be such a huge hassle, i would presume Amazon are acting on your ordersanyway, not a good experience for me and maybe i was just unlucky to get a dodgy container but thankfully amazon people helped more than rubbermaid so probably stay away from ordering their stuff online – shame really as usually your product are good but expensive
